Buckle up, folks, because this story is a wild ride through the Land of Clichés! We kick things off with the classic wedding engagement breakup. Shocking, right? Then we get to the monumental task of climbing stairs—because what’s more thrilling than watching characters take 15 chapters to ascend a mere 18 steps? I’m starting to think this might be a new Olympic sport. And don’t get me started on the “peanut gallery.” Just when you think we can move on, it’s time for an unsolicited analysis of every action, like we’re all sitting through a post-game commentary. Seriously, it’s like trying to enjoy a movie while someone pauses every two seconds to explain the plot. Spare me! And the repetition? Good grief! Key ideas are reiterated so often, it feels like the author is running a seminar on “How to Explain Things 101.” As for the fluff? I trudged through to chapter 88, and I’m convinced the essence of this tale could’ve been told in about 20 chapters. The rest? Just padding to fill the void.
