Why specifically the siblings tho?
I have two possible reasons why he knows so much. One, the chapter might’ve originally been written in third person and then switched to first, which would explain why so much of the information feels like it’s written from a third-person perspective with the sudden input of the MC’s thoughts. (at least to me, that’s how it feels like the info is being presented as) [Just to explain a bit, in third person, it’s common to present a lot of info up front for the reader, basically setting the stage for the story, so they can learn about the world and characters without needing to explain where that information came from.] Second, I might be overthinking it, and it could just be an error. Since he’s a god and all, he probably has the ability to naturally understand relationships and contexts without needing to figure them out, and it simply wasn’t directly stated because they forgot to mention it or something.
“But Lucian is different” - you’re right, he’s not like other girls
Completely loving this book so far and am now waiting for the author to post the next chapters after catching up.
It mentioned something about the MC having a ‘dream’, about receiving the system. THEN he met, married and got a wife, which triggered the system to start working, since the system is related/connected to the host’s wife.
I simply like these types of stories where the Mc is overpowered in a specific subject rather than being amazing in everything. While there hasn’t been any flaw or in depth scene that gives the Mc the opportunity to be fleshed out as a more humane and relatable character, I’m simply hoping for the author to work on that as the story progresses. Story wise it’s good, but when deeply analyzing the character and personality of the MC it feels almost like a cannon fodder character is playing as the main character. (MC feels like a background character but acts like a main character, this feeling is hard to describe but it’s obvious that the MC doesn’t feel like the MC) Obviously this story doesn’t really have any logic when it comes to certain aspects, as shown through the MC’s ‘bright’ idea of broadcasting his patients therapy sessions to the whole internet despite the patients privacy, but overall it’s good enough for me since I enjoy this type of genre.
I’m guessing the others think he might be pregnant
Kind of? Gender for trees is not really the same as humans since it doesn’t apply the same to plants but what I do know tho, is that most trees are hermaphroditic; have both ’female’ and ‘male’ reproductive parts. ‘Female’ = produce fruits/seeds. ‘Male’ = produce pollen And although not common there are some tree species such as willow [the tree species our protagonist happens to be] to have the ‘female’ and ‘male’ reproductive parts on seperate trees instead of being in the same organism/tree. In other words they’d have strictly ’male’ trees (produce only pollen) and strictly ‘female’ trees (produce only seeds and/or fruits) also known as dio- something. [Forgot the word but it sounds similar to the word ‘delicious’]
I believe she did have clothes on just that they barely covered anything on her body to the point that she would be considered to be naked. The description probably didn’t stress that part out and made it sound like she was naked one moment and was wearing ’ragged clothing’ the next.
