Well, there’s a lot to take in here! I was surprised to find that Jack actually has a home now (since in the movie, he was originally a nomad). I guess that having a place to stay is one of the perks of being a Guardian. As for the buff Sandman, I think I need a visual because that blew my mind! Of course, I don’t think he really needs those muscles in order to be a “superman” (I mean, you should have seen how he mopped the floor with Pitch TWICE!), but everything else about him was very in character. I imagine that he might have been using sign language during some parts of the conversation. Also, who doesn’t like Netflix? It may be copyright infringement, but even the Guardians have to admit that their content is enjoyable. I don’t think I know anything about the Monkey King, so I think I will try to learn more about him while I wait for the next chapter. I love the fact that Jack named his staff Twiner! I think it makes sense that he might have personified it as his best friend since he never really interacted with anyone else for 300 years.

It took me a while to understand what Selene was trying to say at first. The second question in particular is what confused me, but it easily be fixed with a comma or two and if you turn “says” into “say.”

I think that these rank titles are really cool!
The newbies were meant to be scolded by the hunters because they were not accepted by any guild yet so they could only be bullied by other hunters. From level one to five, hunters were called Chasers and the people who were yet to reach the first level were called freeloaders by the slang likers. - PaigeBStorey3yrコメント
I appreciate that he is concerned for his brother. I hope that he is able to get back to him safe and sound, and that whatever attacked him doesn’t go anywhere near his brother.

I think that first sentence should read ‘he walked in order to find a way out of the forest’ instead of ‘out from the forest.’

I’m very intrigued by the lore of this world. It’s almost like a society that follows the rules of Dungeons and Dragons! I wonder if Qiao Tai will be encountering mages as well as fellow hunters…
