yeah let's be honest anything that isn't humanoid enough in their books is automatically dead in their mines like the wookies I think they're close enough to pass but only because they're a warrior species who usually stay on their planet not even joking most Wookies do not leave their home planet those who do usually leave because they want Adventure or some s*** hell did you know Chewbacca had a wife and son that he left there are plenty of species that would classify a subhumans but in order to classify as a subhuman species you have to be able to have children with a human and there are quite a few of them there are those plant people that give off pheromones can't remember the name of their species but they are a beautiful species and are more in tune with kind emotions cuz their entire species is basically an empath so instead of being down they throw parties like every week almost every day to keep that Mr good they're so in tune with their good emotions that Jedi are not allowed on their Planet without extensive training because plenty of Jedis have fallen to the emotions of Love caring stuff like that which may not sound bad but to a Jedi it's horrible

just a reminder to the author in case you didn't know but not all zenos are killed by the Imperium there are alien species that are close enough to humans they can reproduce with humans and such that are called a sub human species basically third class citizens like the cat-eared people not even joking basically anime cat girls so I believe Twi'lek and Tegruta would fall under the sub human class as they both can procreate with humans
