Warp reality with enough chakra control? By that logic then Tsunade would be able to warp reality, or someone with the right Dojutsu. Shibai Otsutsuki could warp reality through a single jutsu casually, had unknown dojutsu that were likely stronger than anything we’ve ever seen. He had an ability that would reflect of all harm similar to Daemon, could see through time casually, and is so far above Kaguya it’s not even funny. The dude is the God of Otsutsuki and their originator, Kaguya ain’t nothing to him. And Boruto has to fight an entire clan of Otsutsuki at this rate, as Code’s whole goal is to bring them to Earth, and if that was to happen, they’d be screwed, hence why Boruto has been growing so rapidly.

Dude, him wanting to defeat Code and stop the Otsutsuki IS a goal. Thats like his end goal. Just because he doesn’t have the same goal as Naruto, doesn’t mean it isn’t a goal. Sarada’s the one who wants to be Hokage, not him. And yeah, he is a better seal master because he made the jutsu better than it ever was with Minato, he can literally travel dimensions with his, something Minato’s can’t do. He wasn’t handed all his power and had to work hard to learn and master it. And you can’t use that logic on him, because Naruto was handed all his power too lol (Uzumaki, Kurama, Sage of Six Paths, Reinfarnation, etc etc). And yeah obviously Naruto would get weaker when it’s peace time and he doesn’t train. That’s just how it works, and that’s exactly what happened to Hiruzen. And Naruto did start getting strong again (he literally had a mode that absolute whooped a Otsutsuki who was arguably stronger than Kaguya) And having a large amount of chakra DOES make a huge difference lol.

It was done over a timeskip and he does have goals, which is so stop and defeat Kawaki who has everyone under a special Jutsu that makes them think that everything Boruto did (like saving them from Momoshiki) was done by Kawaki. He also has the goal to defeat Code, who is making his own ten tails and is pretty d*mn strong. He’s stronger than Naruto because he’s the host of an Otsutsuki, and Naruto doesn’t even have Kurama anymore, Himawari does. Plus Boruto was trained by a clone of Jiraiya, making his growth make a lot of sense. And Boruto didn’t have crazy chakra levels like his dad, nor did he have the same level of talent (not that he isn’t talented cause he is). Boruto was ALSO trained by Sasuke and Naruto at times, meaning he was trained by 3 different immensely powerful people, has the Jōgan (a dojutsu), is the host of an Otsutsuki (Momoshiki who is around the level of Kaguya), has learned his grandfathers flying thunder God, and more. And this is nothing in comparison to some of the Otsutsuki that could be appearing (like Shibai Otsutsuki, aka the God of Otsutsuki who can warp reality on a world wide scale with a single jutsu of his). A lot of it is explained In the manga, and while it sounds awful, once you actually read it, it’s pretty great. As while the beginning of Boruto sucked, it started getting a lot better towards the end, and the new manga is pretty good.
