We understand why she would want him to be quiet someone talking a lot would be annoying however she could have said it more nicely. In my opinion, the only time you should ever tell someone to shut up is if you are close to that person and they know not to take such words seriously or if you have consistently told someone to be quieter and they have ignored your warnings requiring firmer words like shut up. This is not what she has done she has just gone shut up to a stranger who has not talked to someone for 3 days and is probably blabbering out of relief at being saved. All I want to say is that she could've of said be quiet or to stop talking which is much nicer and polite than shut up. I just feel bad for the poor guy🥲 sorry for the long explanation just wanted to show my reasoning😅
