Madara awakened *the Power of Creation* and awakened Rennigan at the end of his life so I say about 15-20 years after he merged with Hashirama cells, if our MC has both original powers Yin and Yang accelerating each other by 10 times he can technically achieve this just before fourth ninja war. (But unlike Madara MC does not have Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan so he can get delayed in awakening Rennigan)
