I believe the failed bomb mentioned is what turned into the demon core incident ( an overconfident engineer holding apart a super critical core with a screwdriver slipped).

I really enjoy this story so far. MC is smart and plans ahead. Was getting a little too evil at one point, but the author changed it for some character growth. My only negative feelings about this fanfiction are that the chapters are getting smaller. It has gotten to the point where it takes about 5 minutes to read a chapter. That's way too short in my opinion.

I still hate how people think shotguns are like video games. It has a range similar to a pistol( excluding rifled slugs), but instead of shooting a single bullet, it shoots 8 to 9 bullets at slightly faster speeds. That's 9 opportunities for each of those projectiles to hit arteries, lungs, and bone causing trauma and the recipient to lose a lot of blood.

... So a common Mantacore can just deceive the devil, nice that makes sense. Total sense.
