in one point he is idealistic and in the other he is a leader... his sense of reality that you created is completely of track for the leader has to be more pragmatic than idealistic to be able to lead better... especially with his other character traits idealism is completely in contract with alot of his other character while according to you(author) he doesn't have contrasting traits/habits... please try to set logical one .. Anyway sorry for the long rant and thanks for such detailed creation of the character...!
