It’s your story please do things however you want) I would say, “don’t make him too op too early.” But you can easily limit his numbers. I mean, currently he’s had his quirk for a few months (I’m guessing here) He’s gotten to be able to use each shadow for around and hour for each month he’s had the quirk… compared to mid game sung Jin woo. Only having … one knight for and hour per month… That’s only 125 knights for an hour when he enters MHA. And those are just basic level knights.. So ramping up his power from there aka the constant training with his quirk + puberty + stimulating events aka villian attacks. Seeing a sudden explosion in power from USJ onwards would be understandable. That’s just how I would do the power scaling… To be honest, even mid level sungjinwoo was more powerful than that. So having that slow of growth and just saying most development went to his own body and having that standard progression to his quirk as he grows older would be very reasonable.
