No ano 2030 após acontecimentos mundiais a tecnologia começará a fazer ainda mais parte do dia a dia das pessoas em geral e graças a esse avanço, jogos de realidade virtual ganharam novos rumos e assim surgiu um novo jogo de VR chamado de MMO: Isekai no RPG, onde os jogadores ao colocarem os óculos são levados para um outro mundo, um mundo de fantasia tipicamente medieval onde eles tornam-se os próprios personagens passando por aventuras e lutas épicas. O sucesso foi tanto que em uma semana milhares ja tinham uma conta no jogo, os desenvolvedores japoneses ficaram tão surpresos com aquilo que comemoram o feito nunca visto antes, porém algo aconteceu, os jogadores não quiseram mais sair do jogo e muitos abandonaram suas vidas reais para viver "uma vida virtual em outro mundo."
