just a "rules lawyer moment," but probable actually refers to something with " 51% or greater likelihood of happening." Thus, (path to victory) should lose effect or effectiveness when things chance to happen descend to 50% or lower 🤔 so, in my opinion ( path to victory) functions more like bonus good luck only when not suffering from bad luck / low grade plot armor ( doesn't prevent death from higher tiered beings but auto win vs lower tiered beings and has a chance of helping against same tiered beings

about 5 years ago I would agree but a lot of the new content from official sources about her either out right says she was always crazy just pretending to be sane or implied she was borderline some kind of crazy the joker just took out her "limitations" while molding her into his harlequin which depending on which versions of different implications 🤗 multi verse is messy
