You should either start writing original works or just stop dude. Plagiarism, like what you're doing, just makes the community worse for everyone.

Each tier has 3 divisions A, B and C with C being the weakest and A being the strongest. So tier 10B means he's your average Joe level

It's the power scaling. Power scaling on the VS battle forum has a total of 10 +2 tiers, but tier 10 to tier 1 is where 99% of characters fall. Tier 10 is human Tier 9 is superhuman to small building level Tier 8 is building to multi city block level Tier 7 is small towns to mountains and cities, regular large cities not New York size cities Tier 6 is where you blow up islands to multiple continents Tier 5 is planets, from smaller than the Moon to larger than Jupiter Tier 4 is Stellar, think small stars to multiple solar systems Tier 3 Cosmic aka galaxy to universe Busters Tier 2 is Multiversal Tier 1 is infinite number of infinitely high dimensional multiverses at the same time, basically as close to ROB as we can get without being a ROB

It's kind of wacky but since an exponential scale is one of the only ways to powerscale anything for a gacha, we're sort of stuck with it. Although it probably has an EX tier too just for the universal+ stuff like the endless
