We are nearing the end of the arc, so it shouldn't take too long to get back to Axel. Also, I plan for Xan to be a relevant character in the long term. That's why I'm investing so much time in him. I hope you understand and you continue enjoying the novel in the future.

Yes, I plan on adding formations at some point, and yes, they would most likely require something like a rune add-on.

Well, when Axel created the energy add-on, he specifically specified that new types of energy would appear by fusion of the ones that he directly created or if certain conditions are met, so yes, we are definitely going to see new kinds of energy. As for the stages of cultivation, yes, I plan to add different stages, each with its own requirements and power-ups.

It is all going to depend on the story arc itself. I don't really try to make both parts of the story have the same importance; sometimes it is going to be more about the real world and sometimes more about Axel's world. Anyway, you can expect more chapters about Axel's world in the next few weeks.

I'm not going to lie, the option to use the Asian version of the elements didn't cross my mind even a single time, mainly because I don't understand how exactly it works xD.
