Essentially yes, but there's plenty of stuff they don't know about themselves or are being limited by as well. Like Mel's woodland magic, it reminds her of the fact that her parents abandoned her so she doesn't use it much as she'd inherited it through them. Aria is limiting herself in her own way, so is Raven, so is Amedith as well.

The lands began getting corrupted just recently with the resurfacing of demon lord's generals so the kingdoms have settled already and then these places are now separating them from each other.

Not much choice at this point since hunting down monsters they're already used to hunting won't help them boost their abilities.

Try not to plan too far ahead, it can get distracting from the current arc and instead of developing already introduced characters you start to focus more on the new ones. Which just leads to more characters and themes that have been half assed. Don't plan on doing that here, so the end game can change depending on how the story goes.

No plot armor in my books! Alright, I'll try to at least ahaha. Hate illogical saves for MC and his friends anyway, so everything will follow a logical route and if and only if they can survive by themselves or with something or someone's help that has been foreshadowed, will they make it out alive. No promises that everyone will stay alive, but I won't unnecessarily kill of characters either.(For now, I have no plans to kill off anyone, but that might change or it might not, only the logical conclusions to their actions will determine that)

Inc*st is bannable on webnovel so I won't go the mother-and-son route(some books have it yes, but I don't wanna risk it), but I get the idea, there's definitely some possibilities there. Thanks for letting me know! As for fairy or harpy, both fall into fae so highly unlikely, I might add a flying monster girl though, will have to think it over first.

Oh most likely, but also expect at least some of them to be killed off or punished in some other way(depending on what they'd done to the MC)
Special Note: Netori elements will get more intense in the upcoming chapters. Ex: Brainwashing someone(evil female) and playing cruel games for their partner's survival(Forcing the woman to kick their partner in the privates everytime Raven makes them cum, they can stop having sex whenever, but they just keep wanting more!
