Apartment community pools are for every resident. I think what you meant is a Penthouse, which has the option of a private swimming pool.

Konrad is such a un-Valish name. Vale is more Frankish-AlpsSwiss region inspired name. Konrad would be more appropriate in the Westerlands but, oh well.
