I think it meant, technically, a Crystal Summoner has no limit to the number of beasts they can summon per day. This is with the idea if they have a lot of Summoning Crystals. However, since they have weaker mental powers, they can only normally summon them 1-2 times per day, unless they train their mental powers.

A summoning crystal can only hold 1 beast at most. But they can be summoned for a long period of time, unlike Grimoire Summoner's summon that has a daily time limit.
