I consider this closer to an Age-play kink. He is not actually 7 years old. I think when it's clearly fiction, authors can take this kinda kink a little further from reality, and it's fine ethically... I try not to judge. I get way more uncomfortable if MCs like this go after sisters or friends who r actual children.
