Once you show a set level of power all the factions are going to want to recruit you, you either join one or get hunted down and killed as no organisation likes powerful unrestrained actors. Which ever faction you join you will have to obediently listen to its higher ups or die

No making to many oc’s and oc arcs is deviating away from fanfiction into its own original story, people read fanfiction for the characters they love. If you want to make different story arcs sure but for fanfiction you should stick with actual characters from the fiction your stories set in.

Many of the main characters will be here, but for all intents and purposes, this is a fully Alternate Universe with very mild crossover elements. Nothing wrong with not following the main plot but if you create 8+ oc’s in order to stay away from it it’s bad fanfiction.

During the day, I practised with my father. Sometimes without my father, I did the exercises myself, trying to develop my flexibility first, taking advantage of the plasticity of a child's body. As an adult it would be more difficult to do this and it would be better to worry about the foundation right away. And, in the same way, I gradually began to get to grips with fighting spirit. I even learnt to use it in fencing. Although it was more natural without a weapon. But what was annoying was that martial spirit made it seriously difficult to use spells. It was possible, but it felt like trying to balance on a tightrope. And even while maintaining balance, one couldn't avoid weakening one's morale when using magic. But I was making great strides in magic. Roxy seemed to have ambivalent feelings about it. On the one hand, she was pleased with my progress, like a teacher. But at the same time, my success seemed to make her uncomfortable. I guess she didn't learn as fast in her day. Yeah, well, we started practising advanced level magic almost immediately. Even though Roxy herself didn't exceed that level in most areas. It was only in water magic that she had a fourth, holy rank. Above that is the royal rank, imperial and divine, whose magic is able to influence entire continents. And, in general, the advanced rank is already considered a good level for an average wizard. What I achieved by three years, many other mages achieve in decades. I guess I seriously underestimated my talent for magic given by the system.
