I mean, they do suffer restrictions, it explains quite a lot. Only someone like the fat ball's original would be greedy enough to stay until losing its mind, being forcefully replaced.

programs are pretty much as close to binary as you can get. They are already compiled to machine code, which is hex most of the time.
