I think there is a Rasengan with just wind style chakra added but still not rasenshuriken, could be wrong though 🤷

If you think about it, it is somewhat okay, using Byakugan she was seeing chakra build-up, and assuming her lack of knowledge regarding all jutsu, to her it could have been anything, so here is someone high on tension preparing for something that might pop-up anytime that may or may not attack you and also expects opponent to do something along those lines than you force them to stand in front of what is basically a kind of mini brothel scene, it is still somewhat reasonable considering said person's inexperience. Now if it happened against someone like Tentail Madara or Obito then it would be purely garbage.
