This is not really correct. Basically there is no such thing as "cold" but rather whether you have energy or "heat" or not. This is why we have absolute zero where no heat energy exists. So ice does not release the cold but rather absorbs the heat from the air and causes the air to cool down. We feel the cooling process as the air absorbs the heat from our skin. Also the reason why rubbing alcohol makes our skin feel cooler. It absorbs the heat and evaporates. So it's better to say this "hyper" absorbs the surrounding heat in a peculiar way.

Ruined by sex. A bit is fine but this guy just keeps adding more of it because he doesn't have much of a story. Worse, his economics is terrible. Must have flunked that class because he doesn't even know why there are a demand and supply curve and just just a ton of stuff and pray it will work out somehow because it's his story.
