Chapter 2

Isabel got up from the couch seeing Lillian fragile from what just happened to say, "I must get home to try and give Trinity a call to see if she is up to at least meeting me."

Lillian nodded understand taking Isabel to the door replying, "You have a good evening, don't worry about Grace I'll take care of her."

Isabel gave her another kiss releasing it responding, "Thank you, see you in class Monday."

Lillian couldn't speak seeing Isabel leaving down the hall watching her skip through the building, seeing her wine glass sit on the table still she goes to the table grabs it and drinks it down fast as she passed out on the couch. Feeling so vulnerable with Isabel making her unsure of how she can get Isabel to understand kissing her teacher is not right at all.

Lillian got up in the middle of the night to see if she can make it to bed as soon as she did the doorbell rang once again in frustration I grab the door handle next thing I know she blacked out as someone says to her,

"You ever touch Isabel again I'll make sure you lose your job because she is my woman not yours and she will not see anyone else, but I get it, you wimpy little teacher."

Lillian tried to open one of her eyes to see that she could barely make it is Grace as she tried to get up to move she felt a foot on her, Grace leaned down to her once again saying,

"You call the cops on me; I'll kill precious Isabel with my bare hands and make sure she never found again, so you best keep yourself out of her way and mine."

Grace lifted her foot leaving the apartment without another word, Lillian tried to get up off the floor shaking experiencing blows that Isabel goes through as she quickly grabbed her home phone dialing 9- 1-1 to try and do something about Grace disturbs her.

Grace needs to be in a lockdown system to let out her anger because Lillian doesn't want Isabel killed at all that is the worse. She explains to the operator what went on, that they will find Grace arresting her for Isabel she will be placed in a separate school for the time being which made Lillian sick as she requested for Isabel to be moved in with her and they can go to school together within her care. Lillian did end up going to the hospital then she thought to request Isabel to stay in her apartment maybe a bad idea, but she has to protect her from Grace.

Isabel called Trinity they talked for an hour or so until her mother came in her bedroom door saying,

"The cops just called they said that they have to escort you to your teacher. so no more violence is going on between you and this Grace girl as she is going to a juvenile for kids when she is out though she is sent to a boarding school with stricter rules than a Public High School."

Isabel jumped for joy hugging her mother replies,"So I am going to live with my teacher for temporary? mom one question though what about you and dad?"

Her mother gave Isabel a cold look responding, "Yes, you're going to live with Lillian we may have her just adopt you though. Other than that don't worry about us; we didn't need a child in our lives due to us always working."

Isabel looked at her mother with uncertainty replying,"I don't want Lillian to adopt me, I want to keep my last name with you two, and you will always be my parents you raised me as a brilliant girl growing to a woman."

Isabel mother decided to walk off saying out loud, "Just pack Isabel so you can go to your new home."

Isabel hustled grabbing her things as she saw a moving truck pull up to the drive seeing that they are taking her away seeing Lillian outside made her smile also remembering though Trinity is her new girlfriend and is way better than Grace, though still lusting for Lillian never helped her in any way at all.

Isabel helped them pack the truck as she looked at Lillian every now and again saying, "My parents want you to adopt me, but I told them no."

Lillian looked at her in shock at the answer replying, "Why not?"

Isabel smiled whispering in her ear at that moment responding, "Because I love you as a partner, not a mother."

Lillian froze in her spot not able to speak as Isabel's mother came up to her saying, "Glad you took in Isabel we don't have time for her even to raise her all the way."

Lillian snapped out of her froze moment to respond, "Oh you're welcome just keeping Isabel away from Grace it is the only way for her to be safe."

Her mother gave a slight smile nothing impressive about it though. The last of Isabel's things went into the truck as Isabel came out with her backpack and journal in hand saying, "I am ready to go, my room is all cleared out."

Lillian and Isabel got into the truck as Isabel grabbed her hand saying, "I am so glad to be living with you, don't worry Trinity and me are dating I will sleep in the spare bedroom, so I don't bother you too much."

Lillian gave her a joyful smile replying, "Glad to have you Isabel, also excited to hear about you and Trinity she is more than welcome over at any time to spend time with you, just one thing you leave your door open and no sex."

Isabel smiled in return with a giggle responding,"This relationship is slow so not to worry Trinity said I am her first girlfriend."

Lillian enjoyed hearing that on the way to her apartment as she focused on driving. Lillian settled Isabel into her new bedroom even though pretty much with everything changed now for Lillian she felt like she could easily break into million piece's she had a student living in her apartment that had a girlfriend on top of it. Lillian still being only hurt her in a way, Isabel didn't know what to do.

Lillian decided to let Isabel settle in, and Isabel will just go to her room because her emotions were on edge with everything including now dealing with the girl that has lusted after her and they already kissed. She didn't want to imagine any further her mind wouldn't let her stop though wanting to feel, touch and captivate this girl into her arms as a love that she never believed in her life.

Lillian felt herself getting wet again on the thoughts of Isabel being the girl she would marry it just didn't make any sense to her, she is even jealous of Trinity for no reason, and they just started going out.

Lillian heard a knock on the door saying,

"Lillian, hate to bother you, is it okay since my room is ready the way I want it I go meet Trinity for our date, then me and her can come back here to stay the night if that is okay with you if not I understand?"

Lillian couldn't gather herself together to even get this massive thought out of her mind as she just replied, "Yes, you can go, and she can come here to stay the night, remember one thing though don't rush it to fast if she denies staying the night tonight, okay Isabel."

Isabel heard Lillian loud and clear responding, "Yes, I understand, see you in a couple of hours the most we are going to hit the box office in town."

Lillian smiled at that thought of having a couple of hours to herself to even gather her thoughts as she replied, "Sounds good, have fun."

Lillian heard the door close as she decides to call one of her friends though as she was going to the phone rings, she picks it up, "Hello?"

The person on the other end, "Yes, is Lillian there?"

Lillian replies, "This is her."

The person once again,"I need to speak with you if that is okay?"

Lillian tried not to laugh as she responds,"Okay, go ahead."

Person replies instantly,

"Lillian, I do not want you to know who I am but I do know you in honestly, I work in the same school as you, secretly admiring you behind your back. Yes, I do know that one student is crushing you as well since she lives with you, though as I do know you aren't taking an interest in her right now due to the age gap, though one thing I have to say she does have great taste."

Lillian is breath taken by the person whoever they were; she had to know though who would crush on her in the teacher's lounge since none showed any appeal Lillian responded,

"Okay, if you know who I am and what I do, feel and everything, then why can't you reveal yourself?" The person didn't say anything for a few moments then replied, "If you look in a certain spot in the lounge you will know me, I must go see you Monday."

Person hung up right away as Lillian sat on her bed not knowing how to take of this person who isn't revealing themselves, she knew the person was female, but that was it. Lillian got up from the bed pacing the bedroom with her hormones still raging from thoughts of Isabel yet wondering who the heck would crush on her in the lounge at school and knows everything about her.

Isabel and Lillian spent Sunday at home just resting since Saturday night wore them both out, Lillian woke up to a sound which never happened before she rushed out of the bedroom to see Isabel making what looked like lunch since it was midday.

Lillian came up behind Isabel saying, "So what are we having?"

Isabel kissed her cheek replying, "How do a salad and hamburgers sound with sweet ice tea?"

Lillian kissed her cheek in return response, "Sounds marvelous Isabel; I'll get our plates and cups set out."

Isabel with flushed cheeks replied, "Good idea."

Lillian then couldn't help realizing seems that Isabel was a well mannered young girl when it came to handling a new situation then came to her mind instantly saying, "How was your date last night with Trinity?"

Isabel placed the knife down as she was still cutting up lettuce replying,

"Trinity and I made love at her place, I know you said not to rush it, but we both felt it was now or never thing to find out if it's true love, we like each other and still dating just she has an urge feeling I like someone else. I couldn't tell her though so I lied saying, "There is no one else Trinity, Lillian I know it's wrong to lie to a sweet innocent heart but I don't love her as I do you."

Lillian placed everything on the table sighing heavily to everything she just heard from Isabel finally Lillian spoke up replying, "Isabel, I know you love me, you need to give Trinity your love and stay with her for your sake and mine. On top of it, I have a mystery crush in the teacher lounge not sure who "she" is but she knows everything about us and who I am."

Isabel shrugged it off finishing the salad and hamburgers knowing that she isn't going to let Lillian go without a fight to win her heart. No matter how much someone else knows her as she said, "Okay, Lillian I will stay with Trinity though on one matter this woman ever asks you out, you date her until I turn eighteen then we are together and getting married."

Lillian didn't want to break Isabel's heart if she fell in love with this mystery woman.

She liked Isabel for her enthusiasm for being committed to her for so long as she replied,

"Isabel, take this one step at a time, you may never know Trinity may be the one for you instead of me as it may be this mystery woman on my part, for certain though you do have a bright future ahead of you."

Isabel got the salad done now she worked on the hamburger patties replying, "Lillian, this is not so easy to fall in love with someone else when my heart belongs to you, does it have to be this way?" Lillian sat at the table watching Isabel make the patties responding, "Yes for my job sake technically you aren't even supposed to be living with me, but with Grace being a fire cannon it is impossible to keep you safe as it is."

Isabel kept making the patties making sure there is plenty of them, for them both as she replied,

"Lillian, you are making our lusting impossible by avoiding one another like this are you ever going to give in."

Lillian laughed that she had to stop for a moment to breath responding,

"I have to control it due to the law Isabel it's not that I don't like you, I do just us together making it like a challenge with the law to fight it especially for the LGBT Community. Seriously you think that me giving in to you is simple; I fought urges of jealousy over you being with Trinity until my phone rang then my hormones shut off finally."

Isabel stood at the foot of the table with burgers in her hand replying, "You were jealous?"

Lillian took a deep breath nodding yes as she let it out the breath she held in. Isabel stormed over to Lillian saying, "Then this is it, Lillian, you make love to me, or you continue to let me go out with Trinity letting your hormones rage each time."

Lillian squeezed her hands together hoping Isabel would forget everything though Isabel just stood there at the foot of her waiting for an answer.
