A gun in another world
In a world of swords and magic, a young half-elf half-demon girl named Ashley struggles to survive on her own. Her mother died during childbirth, leaving her father to raise her alone. However, her father was killed by bandits who also took her and sold her into slavery.
After some time of being traded among different buyers, while being delivered to a new buyer, they were attacked by monsters. Ashley seized the opportunity to escape and has been surviving alone ever since.
One day, while running from a monster in a forest, Ashley stumbles upon a mysterious weird metal object. And as the monster was getting closer, Ashley was about to start running, when a voice suddenly came from the objects direction and said, "Wait! Please, don't leave yet!"
"... Did it just talked?!" said Ashley inwardly.

Disclaimer: This my first novel that I have published. This is basicly just to train my writing and see how good of a writier I am.
I might not countiune this later, but if possible I would make an ending (though it probably wouldn't be that good) so don't expect too much from it. I would like your opinion though.
Also I'm not that good at english so feel free to point out any grammar error.
P.S. This is mostly to train my writing. Do don't have too high hopes.
P.S.S. The cover isn't really what the MC and the Gun look like.
