chapter 19:Mixed Feelings

Kissing him might feel magical and in sync, I could kiss him for hours, he had plump lips, perfect face he continued kissing me as he  laid me on the bed and hovered over me, our tongue fought and he was dominant I won't deny he was a good kisser, I barely felt my lips.

He opened my zipper of my dress but then I stopped him I didn't know if I was ready so he didn't push it. Instead he pulled the zipper up and sat next to me  even though I wanted it but  I knew I would only do it because I was angry at mike.

And it wasn't easy for me couldn't forget the image of mike and the girl he was with.

Even when I happen to enjoy my time with mike I never thought that him being close to a girl would have any effect on me.

And here I am with toby who rescued me after being thrown by some drunk boys. I didn't know whether to stop him or not.

"Am I having feelings for both of them?" I questioned myself.

Soon enough I opened my eyes and I couldn't believe what I saw next his eyes were glowing as if it was turning red.

He immediately turned around and told me to get out.

"Toby ...toby are you ok?" I asked as I saw him shaking his head aggressively.

"Run lisa get away from me please " he said as he continued covering his head with his hands.

"What's happening to you toby please tell me you're scaring me " I begged.

His voice changed as he kept telling me to go away.

I got scared and left the room, he quickly locked the door as soon as I stepped out.

My heart was shaking and I couldn't understand why he suddenly became angry.

I tried to listen to listen again but I couldn't hear a thing.

"You won't be able to hear a thing it's a soundproof " said a male voice.

I turned around and saw a male figure standing behind me, he was holding a drink and walked towards me.

"Who are you?" I asked as I had never seen him before.

"My apologies lisa, am Jake toby's best friend" he said pointing at the  room where toby was.

"Oh! Ok nice.... wait how do you know my name?" I asked as I was confused on how a stranger knew my name.

"We go to the same class for chemistry  we are partners  don't you know that?" He asked as he got closer.

"Sorry I didn't know that " I said as I didn't really remember that.

Then the door suddenly opened and toby came out, he looked a mess as if he was in a fight.

He was literally half naked, I could see his abs and he was muscular and wide shoulder, he was sweating like he ran a mile.

He looked weak and struggling to stand straight, likely his friend caught him and helped him.

Jake helped him lie on the bed and put a blanket on his bed.

I couldn't help but to admire his physical appearance, not only was he sweaty but his his hair half of his face and as he breathed his chest raised up and down.

As I kept staring, I noticed that he had a tatto on his left arm, I walked closer to him and it was a wolf and a moon tattoo.

I bend down to touch it and decided to take a picture. I looked closely then I  remembered it looked like my aunt's necklace i wasn't sure if it really did but I surely wanted to know if there was connection to it.

"Still can't figure out what happened to him?" Jake asked as he brought water to us.

"Is there something am not able to understand?" I asked as I put my hand on toby's head to see if he has headache.

"Don't worry about him am here to take care of him" he said as he covered him with blanket.

I didn't know what to say but I had to leave. Besides he was in his friend's house it wasn't like I left him alone.

I left the house and texted my aunt to pick me up and also sent her the address.

It was an hour later when she came, she looked so tired and asked if I could drive her instead.

I nodded and we exchanged seat as I started driving I noticed that neck sleeves had a blood stain and so as her left arm.

"Aunt are you ok?" I asked.

"Yeah am fine, why do you ask?" She said as she rolled the sleeves down.

"Because I saw a blood stain on your neck and arm should I take you to a hospital?" I asked as I drove fast.

"No no lisa don't you worry its... ju..its just that my hand slipped as I was trying to cut some materials" she said avoiding eye contact.

"Then am sure you don't mind if a doctor checks out right" I tried to reason with her.

"Seriously lisa, don't bother am sure I will take care of myself just drive us home ok dear" veronica said as she held my hand.

"Are you sure veronica, I mean it's just a check up not that you're going to have a surgery " I said sarcastically.

"I said  no lisa, just take us home alright " she said as she turned away.

I eventually gave up and drove her home, as we stopped in front of the house, she quickly got out and left me in the car.

I couldn't understand why she was acting so suspicious, she didn't even want me to take her to the hospital.

I shook my head and got out of the car and walked into the house, I looked for her all over the house but there was no sign of her.

I looked for her in her room but the door was locked which caught my attention. I knocked the door but she didn't open, I looked down and saw a shadow that was walking around the scary thing was the figure looked like it had four legs.

I scared and walked backwards and ran to my room, I locked the door. I tried calling veronica but there was no answer.

I heard the footsteps walking towards my door, I screamed and tried to open the window to try and escape.

Unfortunately as I got my out, my legs slipped and I fell down but to my surprise. Someone caught me.

I opened my eyes and saw a familiar face .

"It was him but what was he was he doing here?" I asked as I hold on to him...
