Chapter 31: The Controller

"We need to formulate a plan," William declared. "We should analyze each part of The Prophecy more thoroughly and find a solution for each."

Luka let out an exasperated gasp. "Come on! We're done with individual tasks. There's only one problem left: the destruction of the universe. Piece of cake. Now let's find a solution for that."

The others stared at Luka, taken aback by his nonchalant attitude towards such a dire situation.

"What? Can't find a solution?" Luka grumbled. "Call the council then."

"Who pissed in your morning coffee?" William said, trying his best to maintain a serious tone. He found Luka's sudden mood swings quite amusing. After discussing life and death matters, they deserved a little distraction, and Luka unwittingly volunteered to be the source of that distraction.

"I'm hungry," Luka muttered.

"Would you say you're..." Jonathan paused for dramatic effect and then continued with a mock gasp, "...hangry?"
