Uchiha Itachi reincarnated (in Against the Gods)

"No matter what you decide from now on...I will love you forever...You don't have to forgive me, Sasuke."

Having said these words Itachi slowly faded away, dying peacefully with no regrets left in his life.

As he faded away Itachi felt himself leaving his body as it collapsed, and floating up way into the sky, seemingly heading towards heaven.

As his consciousness fully faded, Itachi heard a voice, seemingly the voice of God himself, saying,"Child in this life you were hard done by, despite your virtuous nature, however you will be rewarded in your next life. Not only will you be reborn, you will also keep your bloodline powers of the Mangekyo Sharingan, having access to these powers from birth."

After hearing these words Itachi felt himself suddenly move at incredible speeds, and piercing through multiple spatial boundaries, as if he was going to an entirely new universe.

Suddenly he felt as if he slowed down, albeit not by much, but enough to make out some of his surroundings.

Itachi saw himself speeding towards a blue planet, before entering its atmosphere within the next half a second before finally... colliding with the body of a youth who seemingly recently lost his life!

As soon as Itachi entered this youth's body he felt an influx of memories into his brain, which seemed to be the memories of the youth who's body he had entered.

He found out that this boy's name was Xiao Che, and that he had lived a terrible first 15 years of his life, being bullied due to his inability to gain strength within this world, via their method which was known as cultivating the profound way.

However, he had then seemingly reincarnated onto another continent known as the Azure Cloud continent, where he was known as Yun Che, where he had killed millions of people using the power of an incredible treasure known as the Sky Poison Pearl, before being forced to death in that life too.

He had then miraculously reincarnated once more, right at the moment that Itachi himself had descended and fused with his body, effectively absorbing his soul and taking over his body.

Itachi felt bad, but at the same time knew that he had effectively become Yun Che and inherited his will along with his memories, by fusing with them, and it wasn't like he meant to do it, it seemed to be the will of a deity, therefore Itachi was fine with it.

Itachi remembered what the voice had said, that his sharingan abilities would still be usable, from as soon as he was born within this world.

Itachi tried to activate his sharingan, and to his delight he felt the familiar change within his eyes.

He tried to call out his mangekyo and once again, felt another shift within his eyes, showing him that the godlike existence had not been lying, he had been reborn within this world with an incredible advantage which was his innate bloodline power, the mangekyo sharingan.

He could also feel an extra portion of information within his memories, that seemed to suggest that his sharingan would be at the same level it was at when he died, which was equal to the sky profound realm of this world.

However once he reached the sky profound realm his sharingan would upgrade to possess profound energy of quality equal to the emperor profound realm, and once he reached the emperor profound realm his sharingan would increase its abilities to have profound energy of quality equal to the tyrant profound realm, and this would continue, with his sharingan abilities always giving him battle prowess a great realm above his own, up to at least the divine master realm.

Moreover, each time he increased his profound energy realm, he would be able to unlock a unique new Mangekyo Sharingan ability, either used by other Mangekyo Sharingan users, or entirely unique.

This caused Itachi to feel immense shock, as this would allow him to become incredibly powerful.

However Itachi himself still didn't currently understand what these mysterious realms were, so therefore he didn't think too much of the sharingan being able to be levelled up and grant him battle prowess a great realm above his own, even within the divine level of the profound way.

Having finished sorting through his newfound memories and information within his brain, Itachi sat up and inspected his appearance in the mirror.

His new body looked incredibly similar to his old one, borderline identical, with the same long black hair, angular jawline and sharp cheekbones, giving him an incredibly handsome and refined look.

He was currently wearing a simple and basic black cultivator's robe, which hugged his slim figure making him appear even more handsome and devilish, especially along with his shocking black and red sharingan eyes.

Also, to his shock and excitement, the heavenly profound treasure, the sky poison pearl, seemed to have fused into his body permanently, becoming a part of him.

Currently, Itachi was crippled in terms of his profound veins meaning he was unable to cultivate, however due to his sharingan abilities he was as powerful as an sky profound realm cultivator, the strongest level within the Blue Wind empire.

"I won't stay here for long, since although I feel some attachment due to the memories of Yun Che to Xiao Lingxi and Xiao Lie, my little aunt and my grandfather respectively, I don't feel that much now that I'm the primary soul within the body. I will help Yun Che complete some of his past grievances such as dealing with Xiao Yulong who tried to poison him, as well as go through with this wedding with Xia Qingyue to make my grandfather happy, before I leave this place and go out to find a way to recover my veins and increase my strength, using the name Itachi rather than Yun Che, and I will occasionally visit back here to keep my little aunt and grandfather happy."

Having decided on a plan Itachi got up and walked out of the treatment room, prepared to find Xiao Yulong and exact vengeance.
