Transmigrated as Talion in Middle Earth

Hello everyone, I hope you will like this new fan fic, the beginning is done in the lord of the rings, so there will be other worlds afterwards. If you have any questions that won't spoil the rest, ask them and I'll answer if I see them.

On a black, dried out, barren land. Black as coal. On this land, where no life grows, or no light reaches blocked by thick clouds.

A land where death and blood reign, where curses and evil plague the earth, and spread in its depths like a disease.

In this desert and hellish place, where the heat is omnipresent, the air suffocating and seizing the lungs, resounds the noise of a hammer, striking against the metal, forging it, shaping it. This noise reinforces this anxiety-provoking atmosphere, it accentuates it adding more fright in this place at the same time hot and freezing.

The sky is covered by a sea of thick black clouds, not letting an ounce of light make its way to the ground. A red fog comes to mix with this sea of clouds, to give it a harsh and disturbing color, but somewhat breathtaking.

This place is called Mordor, land of fire and blood, seat of the power and presence of the powerful and frightening Sauron, master of the ring, tyrant of the Middle-earth and main antagonist of its inhabitants, wishing to establish himself as absolute master of the world.

In the middle west of this land there is a huge volcano that is constantly active, releasing toxic vapors and overflowing of lava. Yet, at the moment it is much more ferocious than usual, it rumbles, it boils, the lava runs and explodes in its heart.

This volcano is called the mount doom, the origin of the rings of powers, which make the master of this place a formidable being.

It is from this volcano that the hammer blows come.

*Bang*

And the hammer resounds once more, the clouds are agitated, storms are formed, red and orange lightning strikes appear in the sky.

*Bang*

Once again the hammer falls, this time the earth rumbles, fissures open. The lava flows from it heating the ground, drying the atmosphere.

In the hollow of this volcano we find what looks like an anvil, on a stone bridge that runs into the center of the volcano.

Tapping on this anvil with a hammer one finds a man who glows with a bluish color. Merged with him is a specter that is synchronized with his every move and strikes what appears to be a silver ring in the same rhythm.

The man happens to be a ranger of the black gate, the main access to the lands of mordor, he is called Talion, he is equipped with armor and a sword at his waist. Talion was the captain of the soldiers of the Black Gate and his mission was to watch over any movement in the Mordor. But he was killed after his family was slaughtered before his eyes by the servants of Sauron the dark lord.

The specter who assists him in his task is celebrimbor, he was once an elf, a master in the art of forging and warfare, as well as a disciple of sauron also known as annatar. Celebrimbor helped Sauron in the creation of the power rings and was betrayed by Sauron who killed him.

But Celebrimbor survived as a wraith and joined forces with Talion so that the two could seek revenge on the dark lord.

*Bang*

In one final strike, the earth rumbled and the sky was torn apart. The creation of this new artifact was complete and with it an explosion was felt in Mordor, and to a lesser extent in all of Middle Earth.

Talion and Celebrimbor were both propelled backwards, the power of the explosion ripping them apart. Then without waiting Talion grabbed the ring and put it on his finger. The ring gave him back all his power and more. This new ring has more than incredible abilities.

With a leap, Talion stood up, pointed the ring at Celebrimbor and said.

"Thank you for everything Celebrimbor, really, but this is where we part ways" after this announcement the ring shines with a blue light and without giving Celebrimbor time to answer he absorbed it.

MC POV:

'Finally I got it!" thinks Talion in total joy.

'I have been in this world for a year now, in the place of Talion, the captain of the rangers of the black gate, when he died and Celebrimbor brought him back, it is me who mysteriously found myself in his place, I was only a young man full of ambition and dreams, but everything changed, I don't remember when or how or why, but I found myself there, in the land of Arda in the Lord of the Rings.'

'I had no time to adapt, I was thrown into the war as soon as I arrived, I knew immediately that the specter Celebrimbor was using me, his only desire is to take the place of Sauron, and he would have thrown me after using me, so I made this plan and used him, his knowledge and his magic to modify this ring, my ring'

Closing my hand, I admire this ring, 'It is now bound to me, it is bound to my soul, the same principle as Sauron's with some exception'.

Snapping out of my thoughts, I head for the exit of the mountain of destiny and without further ado I immediately use one of my new powers.

{Spectral Teleport}

Third POV:

Immediately after using this ability, Talion disappears and in his place is a specter of himself.

Talion appears miles away from the volcano, then without waiting he repeats his ability and is now miles away from Cirith Ungol, a fortress located in a mountainous pass not far from the last Gondorian city in Mordor, Minas Ithil.

MC POV:

'This ring gives me access to a whole panel of skills, to be precise it's the same skills of the ring of the original work, but with some modification' thinks Talion

'The ring works well, it also works as a kind of battery, I can only use as much power as the ring's magic power contains, of course this power regenerates naturally, I can even absorb the power contained in the souls of the people I kill, which makes the ring's power grow, that's what I did with Celebrimbor, I'll still have to test its power and I know the perfect place'.

`Cirith Ungol`

In a corner of the fortress we can see Talion, fighting with a group of orcs.

He dances around them, killing them one after the other.

An orc swordsman attacks him from the front, he deflects the strike, grab his shoulder and jump above it to avoid a hit from the sword. He lands, turns around and shoots spectral daggers at the orc, then teleports behind the orc in question and executes him with a blow to the back of the neck, turns around and cuts the leg of a spearman attacking him and chop his head off.

He tilt his head back and avoids an arrow, then continues to fight and kill with a grin on his face.

Without respite he continues to make his way and kill the orcs of the citadel.

In the middle of this carnage a troll with a club arrives and strikes in the direction of Talion, who narrowly avoids it by rolling on his side, he summons a spectral bow, aims and shoots in the eye of the troll who didn't have the time to react. The troll recoils in pain and shakes his club in a fury, Talion shoots another arrow at the troll's foot freezing it in place before doing a back flip to avoid an archer's shot.

He dashes forward and grabs the troll's arm, avoiding another swing of the mace, then delivers a fatal blow to the back of the troll's neck, causing it to collapse on the spot, before teleporting behind the archer and executing him with force before continuing his massacre.

He continued for about ten minutes before the city's alarm sounded, marking the arrival of the captains, orcs who are masters of combat with dangerous skills. Following this alarm, Talion teleports out of the citadel, leaving thirty or so bodies behind.
