Since not long after Ye Fan got kicked out of the banquet, Ye Fan was taking a walk on a brightly lit and populated street, while his eyes were fuming with utter rage, making people wonder if he had just got dumped by his girlfriend.

After going to a more isolated street and double checking that nobody was watching him, Ye Fan headed straight towards a dark alleyway.

"Iris!" Ye Fan called out, and a woman suddenly came out from the darkness and kneeled down before him.

Iris, a beautiful western beauty with light brown hazel eyes and long dark brown hair that is usually tied up in a knot. Her looks alone can cause even men with the highest standard to have a nosebleed upon gazing at her.

Don't be fooled with just her appearance though, as attractive as she may sound, she's also considered one of the strongest killers from overseas and Ye Fan's right-hand woman that does all of Ye Fan's dirty work.

Ye Fan also trusted her a lot as well not only because she looked stunning, but also because she would always complete Ye Fan's tasks successfully without ever questioning his actions.

"I plan on embarassing someone at the auction house that I'm going to later this afternoon and I need your help with it." Ye Fan hasn't forgotten the humiliation he faced last night, and he plans on returning back the humilation he's faced by ten folds.

"Who are you planning to embarrass and how can I help you with it, master?" Iris's voice was cold and even had a tone of eeriness to it, she was the strongest weapon Ye Fan had after all.

"Ronald Kuangge, I am at extreme odds with him and I want him to suffer the same humiliation he has caused me during the banquet! I need you to infiltrate the auction house as one of the maids and create an opportunity for me to embarass him in front of the whole public." Ye Fan checked the list of attendees that were planning on going to the auction house and he saw Ronald was on that list.

Ye Fan hated calculating others as he would rarely needed to do so and could usually confront his enemies head on, but he was in China now and knew that he couldn't do anything irrational.

He had also decided to leave Luna Xuan and Xie Roulin alone as he also believed that Ronald's father just paid a large price for his son to be happy, and he even considered them to be his women.

Everything they have will eventually be his anyways, so it was almost as if the Kuangge family was paying him to be face slapped instead.

Although he was still pissed off about it, he was going to take revenge on the Kuangge family anyways, so at the end of the day he could just only let it slide by.

While Ye Fan continued to explain to Iris about everything he wants her to do in the auction house, how she should approach him and whatnot, he didn't notice Iris's pupils ricochet the moment he had mentioned Ronald's name.

"Do you remember what you need to do at the auction house?" After Ye Fan had finished explaining everything he wanted Iris to do at the auction house, he had to confirm that Iris knew what she had to do.

"Yes... master." While still kneeling down, she tried her best to restrain her emotions as to not let Ye Fan notice anything out of the usual.

"Good, I have high expectations of you." Ye Fan then turned around and then walked out of the dark alleyway, completely unaware of Iris staring behind his back with extreme killing intent.

"Achoo! I bet Ye Fan is talking bad about me right now."

After Ronald had finish talking with the system, he started laying lazily on his bed looking through the auction house's catalog on his phone while thinking about the next upcoming plot.

He remembers that in the novel, the original Ronald attended the auction house for one specific purpose.

His purpose was to obtain a painting that Luna really like called 'The Scorching Phoenix' and give it to her.

As a result of attending the auction house, he naturally meets Ye Fan later on, who also happened to be participating.

However, the original Ronald didn't know that Ye Fan was actually calculating him, and under his calculations, he managed to get Ronald to start making trouble in the auction house, completely making Ronald fall right into his trap.

Then after Ronald started causing trouble in the auction house, Ye Fan swoops in looking like a hero while 'saving the day' and causes Ronald to get kicked out of the auction house.

This would also cause the owner of the auction house, who is also a heroine, to start admiring Ye Fan and slowly ends up becoming his woman.

How cliche.

Anyways, Ronald is almost absolute certain that the plot will go smoothly this time around, since his father just doesn't have enough influence to persuade the auction house.

After Ronald had concluded that nothing will eventually go wrong for him, he headed to his bed and slept peacefully, recharging his energy for this afternoon's plot.

'Yes, I'm sure nothing can go wrong this afternoon.'

And once again, he would later come to regret those words.
