FRAINE: The Mistaken Mistress
“Let me take care of you,” said Zayn in a low, gentle voice.
However, Fraine would never fall for it or believe whatever Zayn said.
“For what? Do you think you can turn back time if you do that?”
“At least I could repent for my mistakes. So let me help you.”
“No, thanks!” Firmly, Fraine refused.
“Fraine, I want my life to have meaning. Honestly, I don’t have the will to live anymore. But if you let me live with redemption,. Maybe, in this way, I could feel I am still alive.”

Fraine Dizon Michaels is a hard-working employee with no one to rely on but herself.
However, when she was assigned to a new position with a high salary and more benefits, she declined the offer immediately because she didn’t want to see the people from her past.
As for Zaijan ‘Zayn’ Lopez... sitting on top of the world is a curse, making his life miserable and lonely. But after someone returned from the past, he saw a glint of happiness.
EXCERPT:
“I’m going to resign from your company,” she said flatly.
“Great. You can stay home.” He took the envelope and threw it into his drawer.
The following week, Fraine stormed the President’s Office. She glared at the man, who ignored her presence but remained reading the documents in his hand.
“Zaijan! I will look for someone else who is handsome and wealthier than you!” Head high, Fraine announced.
Black lines are now visible on his forehead. He was memorizing his speech when this girl had nothing to do but measure his patience.
When Zaijan didn’t respond or spare a glance in her direction, Fraine turned around and stomped her feet while heading to the door.
He gritted his teeth and yelled, “They are all married! Good luck looking for one!”
But then he stressed out inwardly. ‘Is she really willing to be someone’s mistress?’
