He didn't have much time to seize him up properly as the bell rang

"Begin" said the announcer

And immediately a primal fear overtook Ben as Yu closed the distance between them and pummeled Ben with a barrage of quick punches which had left many clean cuts across his face Ben tired to put up a fight throwing a punch only for Yu to dodge it easily and land the finishing punch a clean right hook on the chin it rattled Ben's brain and knocked him out

Ben woke up in the same bed as before getting up abruptly and still terrified how was he an ordinary man going to beat that monster in the tutorial it was even Yu at his technically weakest point in the lightweight division and he saw the note in the same place and he began to feel utter dread if he understood the note he was meant to beat Yu in each division he was in

Ben cried internally at this thought he tried to think about getting his mind together maybe remembering his past life would do him some good only to see the same screen as before pop up with a annoying notification

The notification began to ping itself every time Ben's mind went to try and remember his past life his family his friends anything but that damned pinging noise overwhelmed his mind he decided to lock in and hit the train action

He was then teleported into a gym it was the same gym that Yu trained in

" good you made it now we can begin training "

Ben's attention was brought to an older man with white hair and blue eyes it was K's Yu's messed up coach

" let's begin with the basics as you have no foundation only immense talent that I will dredge up you will be my final and perfect boxer " he said with a smile

Then began the basic training but since it was K the trainings lasted far longer than Ben's ever worked out before they took short breaks before jumping right back into training until the sun set then Ben was dropped back into his small room he was able to leave the room and found himself in a small apartment he was hungry from all the training so he went and found the fridge full of his perfect diet meals there was no comfort or junk food only what he would need to get stronger

After eating he went to bed and trained again and again and again and again until a year had passed his old body long since disappeared a still skinny but more muscular body was in its place Ben felt ready to have another go at Yu and so he did

Ben vs Yu

"Box " said the announcer

This time Ben again felt fear but he pushed through it and both him and Yu met in the middle of the ring Yu leaving Ben at a distance throwing another barrage of punches Ben put up a defence and began to tank his way into Yu trying to get the advantage but the damage was quickly building up and so he tried to push through one last time and threw a punch towards Yu's abdomen but he dodged it again and landed another big blow on Ben's head which rattled him but he didn't drop he stumbled and another headshot dropped him again out cold

So Ben went back into training for another 2 years and came back he instead of rushing head first waited for Yu to come to him the threw a punch as soon as Yu got into his striking distance he dodged and Ben kept up his pressure throwing his own barrage of punches attempting to get Yu into a corner

Once he did Yu attempted to dodge out of the corner but Ben began to punch Yu's abdomen knowing he wouldn't be able to move it around as much as his upper body Yu threw away his defence and began trading blows with Ben but due to his late decision Ben had the upper hand each of them getting more ferocious Ben kept up his corner assault while Yu backed into the corner and getting beaten up bad went wild

They both layed into each other until finally Ben landed a solid blow to Yu's head putting him into a daze and opened himself up to more head blows which had ultimately lead to Ben winning against the weakest version of Yu

Then he was sent back to his room he got an uneasy feeling when he came to a realization it had taken him 3 years to defeat Yu when he was at his weakest point physically he had many more years of pure training in order to beat this ''simple '' tutorial

Ben finally stood over the final and strongest version of Yu dead at his feet it had taken him a total of 35 years worth of time to finish this ''basic tutorial'' he felt so many emotions beyond description now he could move on and become more powerful

Then in a blink of an eye he was in front of a table with two boxes and a note

* congratulations on the tutorial completion as you will be given two rewards which are the boxes in front of you as well as the ability to move onto the next world "

Ben set aside the note and turned his attention back to the two boxes he grabbed one and opened it inside was a card
