CHAPTER 19

"you can't catch me !" Emerald said running away from his friend .She was only five at that time .Cute and healthy thanks to Laura .Even though Laura had a hard time raising those two brats it was kinda of nice to be a mother without actually going through labor pains and giving birth .

"Just you wait ,you will swallow your words soon !"Taehyung yelled running after little Emerald .Being a werewolf and still a son of witch was a taboo but all and all he was faster than her cause of his abilities but for some reasons he decided to slow down well not exactly but just enough not to catch up quickly ,he wanted to for that moment to last a little bit longer .

"Tortoise !"Emerald yelled once again which made Taehyung speed up and caught her ,when I say caught her I mean the both of them ending up falling on the white snow with Emerald on top of Taehyung .They both let out cute giggles ,before Emerald stood up and helped him out too.

Their little chase begun right after Emerald threw a snow ball at him.Yes it was winter !

The snow being zombie-white ,the lacerating hurricanes and whining winds had come and gone ,leaving a terrible calmness .The sky having an unholy mixture of shale -grey clouds .Its icy breath engulfing the world. It was just so magnificent ,and it was actually a season that was liked by Emerald so much .

Laura was back from the forest ,where she would collect all types of plants which she planned to make different potions from them .She not only brought plants but also a living thing with her .It was hurt pretty much hurt but despite all that it looked so cute and yet so innocent .

Laura was busy cleaning its wound when the little brats joined her a little bit later .Though she wished they were gone since they boombered her with questions .

"Mommy what's that?"Taehyung asked caressing it and the innocent creature seemed to like it since each time Tae took its hand away it would sit upright even though it was wounded and searched for the his warmth .

"Erm its a wolf ?"Emerald said uncertain as she also tried patting it but in the end she got scratched but she didn't cry like what a normal five year old would do .She was rather amused and tried patting it again and succeeded but took her hands away quickly before it decided to scratch her again .

"That's right now shoo ,"Laura said before continuing with what she was doing .

The two were quite let's say disobedient and thus didn't listen to her and continued playing with it since its wounds didn't even take long to heal and that's when Laura realized that it wasn't really a real wolf .

"You know you should stop trying to patt it ,look it hates your pats ,let oppa teach you ,"Taehyung bragged as it,patted the creature .

"No fair !"Emerald said feeling dejected .It was obvious the 'wolf'hated her but liked Taehyung more which made her a little bit sad since she also liked the cute thing .
