The Monarch Of Speed
Before this starts, you have probably easily figured out that the powers my character has are from The Flash. Speedforce and all that jazz. Just wanted to say that I am not someone who has an incredible knowledge of the subject, but I do have the basic knowledge and such about how a speedster's powers work and what they can potentially do. So, I apologise if I make a mistake as I may also make some things up.
You should know that, if you read the whole title of this story, that the character is a child, being that of a fourteen-year-old. So, two years older than me. I have two love interests already in mind, so if you want to suggest one, then make sure that they are his age or at max two or three years older or one year younger than he is.
Finally, keep in mind that my character will rarely kill anyone, though he will when certain situations arise. Though, you will know when they happen.

"Is there a reason you brought me here?"
The voice of a young male could be heard speaking to another individual on the streets of what appeared to be a rather futuristic city, the buildings reaching high into the sky with no limit as the building were all made from some kind of white material along with crystal-like windows. However, there was something strange about it all.
The city was completely empty...
No people in sight aside from the source of the voice just now and something else.
The one that had just spoken was indeed a young male who appeared to be around the age of fourteen, though he could be mistaken for probably sixteen since his eyes were a bit sharp and his face being rather angular, ignoring his height. Not only that, you could make out his incredibly compact muscular figure underneath the clothes he wore.
Speaking of which, he was wearing a black tight t-shirt with a vibrant red vertical line running down the front and back of the shirt, he was also wearing slightly loose black shorts that reached down to a bit past half-way down his thighs. He also had on metal black tall boots with red neon soles, and finishing off with two black wristbands on each of his wrists.
He also had fair skin along with neat straight black hair and a pair of matching eyes.

The entity that he was speaking with appeared to be a humanoid figure composed entirely out of what appeared to only be sparking energy. The figure was yellow and had yellow, white and blue sparks constantly all over their person. Though, the boy didn't appear at all surprised as he stared at the figure in front of him.
{Indeed we did, Kellan. We have a request to ask of you, and we believe that you a the only one truly capable of assisting us in this matter}
"What would that be?"
{Well, we have a certain predicament concerning a group of other speedsters much like yourself} The entity, also known as the Speedforce, voiced as they walked next to Kellan. {They have been breaching the barriers and into other worlds as well as existences. Not only that, but they have been tampering with the timestreams of all kinds of worlds}
"Then why not just send the Time Wraiths?"
{You think we haven't?} Kellan could tell that if the Speedforce had eyebrows in this form, they would have risen them when they said that just now. {Even the Time Wraiths are incapable of catching these particular speedsters, and even the Black Flash was outmatched when we had sent him. Surprising, isn't it?}
"Indeed." Kellan slightly rose his eyebrows in surprise. He knew just how fast the Time Wraiths and the Black Flash were, and very few speedsters have ever managed to escape from their grasp. Him being one of them. "That's obviously the reason why you decided to come to me for help. You want me to go and catch these guys?"
{What else?}
"I guess I don't mind. But, there is one major thing that bugs me about this." Kellan spoke seriously as he narrowed his eyes at the electric-entity. "If these speedsters have indeed managed to breach even into other existences, just what kind of power are they using that they can bypass through the Source Wall without seemingly causing issues or being trapped?"
{That is the major concern we have. They are utilising a particular artificial Speedforce we have come to believe may be similar to the Overvoid itself, thus allowing them to actually survive within its void} The Speedforce stated as Kellan looked at them with confusion present on his face. {You wouldn't know anything about the Overvoid. It is what everything we know, every existence that is out there, resides within. We only know this since we were already there before the creation of this existence}
[Note: I am completely making some things up, and some of you might not agree, but just know that this is my own personal opinion. I'm saying that beings such as Oblivion (Marvel) exist within the Overvoid since he is a character drawn in fiction by the writers]
{However, with how closely you are connected with us, we believe you will also be capable of breaching through and into the Overvoid and into other existences as well} The Speedforce stated as they then walked right in front of Kellan. {You may be the only one capable of actually catching them due to our connection}
"I see... very well then." Kellan voiced as he closed his eyes. He soon reopened them though. "Though, reaching the Source Wall won't be easy. Is there another method in which I can breach through this multiverse and chase after them? Not only that, will I still be able to detect them even if they're not using you as a source of power?"
{No worries, Kellan. You will be able to sense a disturbance within the timestreams when they act and travel across them} The Speedforce assured as Kellan nodded his head in understanding. {With your first question, you'll be able to breach through the Source Wall if you travel fast enough through the Speedforce. You'll have to go beyond the speed at which you use to time travel}
"Faster, huh? Shouldn't be too difficult." Kellan spoke, not arrogantly, but confidently as something began to materialise around his being. It was both red and gold in colouration, along with having sparks of white, gold and blue electricity that danced around him beautifully. It didn't take long before the materialisation was finished.
The result was a lean bodysuit that completely covered him, along with his entire head. The suit, as stated before, had powerful electricity dancing around him. The suit appeared to be composed of an extremely powerful metal, though he knew very well that the suit was composed entirely out of pure energy from the Speedforce itself.
The suit also had a glowing visor of white-blue energy, though a pair of glowing sharp electric gold eyes could be seen sparking from beneath the bright visor light.

{We'll be in touch with you even in other existences. We are everywhere after all} The Speedforce spoke as Kellan cracked his neck before getting into a running position, ready to take off any second. {I do have to tell you though. There are a number of beings who reside directly within the Overvoid, though that number is very small}
"You tell me this now..?" Kellan twitched his eyebrow as he heard this. If what the Speedforce just said was true, then those beings must be incredibly powerful if they can reside outside of the existences. He was certain they could crush him like an ant if they wanted. "What am I supposed to do if they end up noticing me?"
{You should be just fine. Most of them are neutral and don't concern themselves in other's affairs. As long as you don't disturb them in any way, you will be just fine to pass through into the different multiverses as you like}
"Most isn't all though..." Kellan sighed. He really hopes he'll come back here in one piece... "Anything else you want to tell me before I go?"
{Just one thing} Kellan noticed how their tone changed and had become completely serious, even more so than before. {Unless certain circumstances occur while you're running through the Overvoid, you must never stop running. As you know, you produce more of our energy while you run, and if that output becomes too low, you'll be swallowed and erased from existence entirely. You'll become a part of the void of nothingness}
"Thanks for the heads up, makes me absolutely ecstatic." Kellan sarcastically voiced as he gave a deep breath before narrowing his eyes as he tensed his muscles as he looked forwards. "Well, I suppose no time is better than the present. So, just need to remember to not stop and to not piss off the residents of the Overvoid... That all?"
{Pretty much}
"I'll be one my way then."
{Good luck} The Speedforce nodded at him. {Run, Kellan. Run}
With that, Kellan seemingly dashed forwards at impossible speeds as a trail of sparking electricity of both white, gold and blue sparked behind him as he disappeared deeper into the Speedforce.
