Ultimate Treasure and Dream

When she said that, Shin's fist clenched. Although he was a calm and cautious person, he was still a man who was abandoned by everyone after his accident.

Hearing that he was abandoned once again, he couldn't help but feel good about his own decision.

But, he also felt guilty about the orphanage. He was already able to think of the reason behind the tragedy. He made his mind clear and continued to listen.

"The head of the orphanage who took care of you for ten years died. Although there was no proof that it was done by Tyro Family, you found that it was indeed done by the Tyro Family."

"Now without the head, the orphanage couldn't run properly. Tyro Family took this as an opportunity and brought those children into their family hoping that you would leave with them."

"Unfortunately, you didn't agree. You stubbornly stayed in the village and so they made a threat to destroy this village if they let you stay here. Without any choice, you decided to leave this village at the age of ten and started living in the forest."

"For some reason, they could neither force you to join them nor make any attempt to kill you. You made several attempts to bring those children back but right now...… they have all become servants of the Tyro Family."

When she said that, Shin suddenly stood up and his eyes showed a murderous aura. Although he was a normal person in his previous life, he was still in someone's else body.

And, now this body was reacting to those words especially when she said, servants. Shin wasn't controlling himself because that word truly disgust him.

Of course, he controlled himself quickly after thinking about it and sat down.

"Please continue!"

Hina also saw the change in his mood but she also understood that although he didn't remember many things, some things haven't changed.

She nodded her head and continued. There was a slight change in her expression but she quickly hid it and continued.

"Except for those things, I don't know much about your life. You lived in the forest, hunted animals, and only came here to sell those animals' meat and buy rice."

"Of course, it's not that I don't know more about you. It's just that I don't know your daily life. So, I will tell you about this village and more about this place."

"Since you have lost part of your memories, I will start from the beginning. This world is divided into regions. There are a total of one hundred and thirty-five regions. Of course, these are the regions that have been found out by people."

"It is said that nobody has truly traveled the entire world since it takes months to travel from one region to another. Each region expands over thousands and thousands of miles."

"Of course, some are small but some are extremely massive. Each region has its own climate, culture, and people. I heard that there is a region covered in flames."

"The people living in that region can breathe and control fire. Of course, these phenomena happen because of Sacred Ground. Since there are one hundred thirty-five regions, there should be one hundred thirty-five Sacred Grounds, right?"

Hearing her sudden question, Shin was stunned and he normally reacted by nodding his head. But, suddenly he realized that it was a bit tricky. He looked at her and asked.

"Could it be that there are more than one Sacred Grounds in a single region?"

Hina nodded her head and said.

"In fact, just in our region, there are three Sacred Grounds. Of course, our Sacred Grounds are a bit different. In fact, every Sacred Ground is different from each other."

"But, our Sacred Ground is a bit unique and it is called Sacred Tower instead of Sacred Ground. Each Sacred Ground has its own condition and its own environment."

"Only ours is a bit different since it doesn't change the environment outside. These Towers have nine floors and up until now, nobody has truly reached the peak of each tower."

"Since you have strength, I think you wouldn't hesitate to enter those towers. But, Please Shin, don't put your life on the line. If you can't conquer it, just return and continue to live a normal life."

When she said that, she was almost pleading. There was a trace of anxiety in her eyes.

Seeing her expression, Shin felt a bit guilty but he suddenly stood up and his eyes blazed with determination.

"I'm sorry, Hina. But, I have decided. Since nobody has ever conquered those three towers, I will do it. I will conquer every single one of them."

Saying so, he looked at her disbelief expression and sighed.

"Sorry, Hina! Since now I have the power to realize my dream, I will put my life on the line for it. I have decided."

Slowly, a big smile appeared on his face as he started remembering his struggle in his past life. At the same time, all of the struggles that he did from the age of ten in this life also came to his mind.

Although it wasn't his memory but just his imagination, it was more than enough to fully realize his dream.

He put his fist on his chest and said.

"I am going to be the Richest Man in this world. I will not stop until I find the biggest treasure from these Sacred Ground."

Hearing his words, Hina just watched him with dazed eyes for a moment. Looking at that confidence and determination, she finally spoke.

"If you are really going there, if your goal is to become the Richest Man in this world, then your goal should be the Ultimate Treasure 'God's Chest'."

Shin's eyes shrunk as he asked.

"Ultimate Treasure? You mean there is an ultimate treasure in this world?"

Hina nodded her head.

"In fact, most people do not travel into these Sacred Grounds for normal treasure. Most of the people who travel into these Sacred Grounds have one goal and that is God's Treasure Chest or what most people call it 'Ultimate Treasure'."

"Nobody knows what it is. Some say that it has unlimited wealth. No matter how much you spend, it will never get empty. Some say that it has the weapons that can destroy the entire region with a single shot."

"Some even say that it has a treasure that will make you invincible and immortal. But no matter what people, everyone believes that it is an Ultimate Treasure."

Hearing her words, Shin burst out with excitement. Originally, he had two reasons to go out and risk his life inside the Sacred Ruin.

First, it was his dream. Become the Richest Man in this world so he would never suffer those problems. But, maybe it wasn't his true motivation. He wanted to become the richest man so that he could help the people those are in a similar situation as him.

Second, it will grant him Prestige. After awakening Super Download System, he understood one thing. He needed to become famous. Only this way he would be able to gain more Prestige Points and improve his strength to survive better in this world.

But now, he had a third reason.

It might be the ultimate wealth. It might be the greatest weapon. It might make him invincible and immortal.

None of that matters or simply, all of them are just an excuse.

The Ultimate Treasure means the ultimate prestige. A man who can conquer all Sacred Grounds. A man who has unlocked God's Chest. He couldn't even imagine just how high his prestige would be.

He took a deep breath and looked at Hina.

"So, how do we acquire this Ultimate Treasure? Is it just a myth or does it has any way to do so?"

Hina nodded her head and explained.

"There is a way. In fact, this is the reason why people try to conquer these Sacred Grounds. In these Sacred Grounds, there are some hidden keys. Of course, there are only nine keys."

"And, it is said that some people already have conquered a few of these keys. I don't know much about it but it is said that once you gather nine keys from these Sacred Grounds, you can open the door of the Divine Ground."

"Of course, we don't know where the Divine Ground is nor do we know anything about the keys. Some people say that the Divine Ground is the home of Gods."

"Some people say that the Divine Ground can only be accessed after you conquer all Sacred Grounds. But no matter what others say, it is a truth that you need Nine Keys to access the Divine Ground."

"So, if you truly want to get this Ultimate Treasure, you are not only trying to conquer these Sacred Grounds but also running in a race where if someone else conquers all Sacred Grounds before you, you would lose everything."

Her eyes turned sharp as she stared at Shin and asked.

"Do you still have the courage and determination to participate in this race? Thousands of people have already tried it, and some have already conquered it. So, do you still believe that you can get that Ultimate Treasure?"

Hearing her words, Shin mysteriously smiled and said. He clenched his fist with excitement and a big grin appeared on his face.

"I have the courage. I will gain strength. And, I will be the one to step on the Gods' Home. This is my determination. My strength might be half-baked but my determination will not waver."

"I WILL BECOME THE RICHEST MAN IN THIS WORLD."
