Practically Invincible
Since the revelation of the dirty deeds of the Assistant Director, he had been long abandoned by the party he had so gracefully served for many years. His group had thrown him out of the privilege they gave each other, allowing the media and people to tear him to bits. If that weren't enough, Anna had rubbed salt into his wounds by sending news of his mistress to the easily infuriated wife of the Assistant Director.
He had gone into hiding in his mistress' home, but his wife found out the location and promptly pulled out his hair, not even leaving the mistress alone in her assault. It was safe to say that the police had been called and the Assistant Director's whereabouts found out.
His party might have thrown him out, but the opposition took the opportunity to send a special team of investigators to audit everything he owned and all the projects he had taken part in.
