Abilities of Laenor

1. ADHD (Supernatural Alertness and Battle Awareness):

 This ability significantly heightens Laenor's combat skills, giving him an edge in battles by allowing him to anticipate enemy movements and react faster than a typical warrior. It makes him a more formidable opponent, even against experienced fighters like Daemon Targaryen.

Weaknesses: - 

Fatigue: Constant heightened awareness could be mentally or physically draining. In prolonged battles or situations, Laenor might become exhausted quicker than others, requiring him to rest or recover afterward.

Overload: In chaotic or overwhelming situations (e.g., large-scale battles), his senses might become overloaded, leading to temporary disorientation or confusion. This could create moments of vulnerability.

Experience Gap: While his supernatural alertness compensates for his lack of experience, it doesn't replace it entirely. Against more seasoned warriors, he might still struggle with tactics or decision-making under pressure.

He could make this skill off and do not get any advantages of battle awareness in fight in large-scale battles.

Enhance Rituals: Perform rituals with heightened potency, especially those tied to Valyrian magic, dragons, or ancient bloodlines.

Unlock Secrets: Access hidden knowledge or artifacts that are only responsive to commands in High Valyrian.

Difficulty with Common Tongue and Other Languages:

 Being unaffected by water pressure, remaining dry, and breathing underwater indefinitely.

5. Vitakinesis (Limited Healing):

 Healing Speed & Water Availability: The severity of the wound could determine how much water and time are needed. For example, small cuts might heal instantly, but severe injuries could require full submersion in a body of water for an extended period, making it impractical in the heat of battle.

 Energy Cost: Healing could drain Laenor's energy, meaning he can't heal indefinitely without rest or replenishment.

Due to this ability and his Valyrian Bloodline it gave him somewhat very little amount of life-force. He is also capable of transferring life force from the sea to any other object or person, although the process is quite slow.
