I Want To Live In Peace

A man with sharp brown eyes paired with his pointed eyebrows and a handsome features is striding towards a balcony. The suit he is wearing outlined his muscular built. Its only exception is the aura of dominance and a thick essence of blood that is seeping out of him. He has the characteristics of a person that looks down on everything and nothing can get his attention. Every underground forces trembles when hearing his name.

"The Merciless God of Death, The Mighty God of Destruction". His name instill fear, horror, and death.

After so many years of adventures and roaming around the world, Azrael decided on going back to his hometown. He went to stand atop the tower as he look down on the bustling road below his castle.

"It's been ten years already, I hope you still remember me".

He said while looking at the far east horizon with a face of longing. A face of a young maiden slowly appears in his mind as he reminisces his youthful life. His struggles and hardships have already bear fruits, he became the uncrowned king of the underground forces that governs a millions of troops.

"Hahaha, Boss this is the first time I've seen you so melancholic".

Suddenly, a seductive melodious laughter rang behind him when a gorgeous demon-like beauty appear with a green venomous eyes. She has a temperament that would topple a country and make every man go insane. Coupled with a sexy body and pompous breasts, she's the kind of woman that every man desire to have with. Her long elegant dress outlined the curves of her body, she looks stunning with her white hair that stretch upto her waist. A Goddess that descended from the heaven is not an exaggeration to described her.

"You know that we wouldn't believe it when someone told us what you look like right now? So, what's the cause of this sudden gathering of troops?". She asked while striding towards Azrael like a cat that found its prey.

"I also didn't know that the cruel and cold looking beauty but deadly, the Queen of Purgatory , can really have this heartfelt laughter", Azrael said while a smirk appeared on his face.

"Hmmttt... You're the cruel cold looking stone-face, deadly woodlike statue and a man numb to the extreme that I have ever known", she pouted as she retorted while folding her hands towards her chest with nutritious assets.

"Hmmn, that's the Alice I know", he replied with a grin.

"Hahaha.... Stop acting cute, you know it won't affect Boss right?", a man with a devilish smile sits on the bench while looking at them like a bickering couple.

He has a pointed nose that perfectly match with his blue angelic eyes, small lips and a handsome face paired with a golden hair that was cut stylishly. The shadow of a butcher can be seen on him with his smile that always appear on his face. Its smile that is like a devil watching bring horrors to anyone who sees it.

"Silent you slaughterer!". Alice shouted at the man sitting with his smile facade.

"I'm just stating a fact". He replied as he watch the woman in front of him with interest.

"And you the King of Slaughter, Erven, I didn't know you will really have a leisure to attend this gathering with someone as you who is a battle maniac". She snorted while looking domineering at him.

"Ahhhh... It's so boring. Boss, do you really want to do this?". Erven said while he lean on the bench as he look at the man standing atop the tower.

"Yeah Boss, you can just ask me to sleep with you if you perhaps feeling lonely" Alice added as she said seductively.

"I want to live in peace", his reply stunned the both of them.

"You want to live in peace?". Both of them asked as though they heard it wrongly.

Silence descended upon the three of them. Each of them reflects in their eyes their strong desire of having a peaceful life, the life without bloodshed and worries. The dream of having a family and create their own homes started to dwell in their minds.

"Unfortunately, it is impossible for us. Boss I know you want it badly but the responsibility of the whole underground forces lies on your shoulders", Erven said as the smile on his face disappear subtly.

"Erven is right Boss, it is hard for us to be normal again after of what happened. Maybe if we are still having the standards of being a human, we might still have a chance but now its impossible". Alice stated as she walked to stand beside him.

He vaguely remember of what happened after a giant meteorite with unimaginable power within strikes the surface of the earth during their last battle . After they woke up, almost third part of them were wipe-out on the battle as well as the inhabitants of the planet. Those who survive have acquired great powers that they didn't dreamed of having before. But not only humas had evolved after the catastrophe, all species of living creature both plants and animals had changed drastically. Creating an ecosystem that only the strong and mighty able to survive.

"You're both right, it's really impossible for us to live in peace", he said as he look at his hand while clenching into a fist.
