Undead Wave

"PREPARE FOR BATTLE, HERE THEY COME"

Gabriel able to see many Undead coming toward them at a breakneck pace. He is also able to see many kinds of Undead, from the skeleton to the Orc Zombie. A few seconds later, all the Undead then crashed their body to the Knight shield.

"Warrior who uses spear support the knight by using your spear to kill the undead."

"Yes, Sir"

"Summon: Healing Relic"

Coming from the sky is a pillar that shaped like a cross, but on top of it is a red heart releasing a healing aura.

"I summon a healing Relic that able to heal you for 10 seconds. It also has a range of 5 meters all around it. So the Swordsman go wild and go back after 10 seconds."

Gabriel then sees many Warriors began to charge toward the Undead around the Relic and began to kill as much Undead as they can.

'10, 9, 8 ,7 ,6 ,5 , 4, 3 ,2 ,1..."

"Warrior Retreat!"

After saying that, the Warrior (Swordsman) began retreating from the frontline and began to come back behind the knight. After seeing the Swordsman coming back, Gabriel then began focusing on healing the people that Void Mage teleported to him.

Gabriel continues to summon his Healing Relic while also summon his sword projection to kill the Undead that able to come near them. Seeing the situation in the backline, a few knights and Swordsman take an initiative to form a guard for him. Gabriel seeing his newly formed bodyguard, only nodded and began commanding the troops to the place where the Undead able to slip away by using the Divine Territory that he created a moment ago.

They continue to fight like this for at least 15 minutes, Gabriel doesn't know why, but this Wave is more difficult than last time. Not only the Undead didn't get any debuff except the one that causes by Holy magic, which is why he is currently spamming his Holy Ray toward the Undead Horde in front of him. That reason is why Undead is annoying in Gabriel's opinion. If it was a living being, they could cause a bleeding effect where the monster will take damage over time. So even though they can't kill the beast right away, they can wait for its HP to drop low enough for the knight to finish.

After continue fighting like this for another 5 minutes, Gabriel sees the Undead horde began to reduced, but before he was able to release a relief breath, He sees another horde coming from the distance, but this time it was not a skeleton but a massive horde of an Undead Cyclops. The cyclops are also bringing an enormous club on its hand.

"MORE MONSTER INCOMING"

The first Undead Cyclops to arrive swings its club to the knight, but fortunately, the knight able to hold their ground after receiving the blow.

"SWORDSMAN CHARGE DON'T LET THE UNDEAD CYCLOPS DESTROY OUR FORMATION"

After giving that order, He summons another healing relic before he charges to the front line, but before Gabriel goes to the frontline, he leaves all his HP potion to the void mage and instructs them to give it to the injury.

When Gabriel arrives at the frontline, he then takes out Naegling from his Inventory and begins to help the Swordsman dealing with the cyclops faster. They were able to take 5 Cyclops out of 20 for Three minutes. At that time, Gabriel also didn't forget to heal anyone that got injuries while they are fighting. He also keeps summoning a Healing Relic after its cooldown is finished.

'I need to take the Cyclops fast. If not, the formation will be destroyed, and many people will die.'

Seeing he doesn't have any choice, Gabriel drinks all five bottles of High-Grade Mana Potion and takes out Caladbolg from his Inventory then began the chant to activated Caladbolg's special power.

Gabriel jumps high in the air and throws it toward a group of Undead Cyclops that coming toward the knight. As Caladbolg touches the Undead Cyclops, It explodes, killing all Undead it touches. Seeing the result, Gabriel nodded before he drinks another Mana Potion and then began to charge at the Undead once more, but this time with Caladbolg in his hand.

Gabriel and his troops are finally able to kill all the Undead Cyclops after 10 minutes of fighting. Seeing he didn't need in the frontline, Gabriel orders the swordsman to go back to the backline and continue their Hit and Run Tactic once more. For another 5 minutes, they continue to fight the Undead with a Hold-Hit-Run Tactic; when he busy healing the one that gets injuries, one of the void mages comes to him and says.

"My Lord, The barrier has been breached."

"What?"

"The Barrier has been breached"

"How?"

"There is a Lich, my lord."

"Lich?"

"Yes, Lich is Undead that able to summon another undead. It also a master of Dark Magic and able to empower another Undead."

"How can they breach it?"

"With brute force, The lich summon an Undead Dragon that has a level of 100."

"That is bad. So how the situation in the City?"

"Our Archer, Mage and Healer are retreating to the palace to help the Royal Guard to defend the Royal Family."

"That's good. We will also retreat and help them defend the palace."

"My Lord?"

"Go, Inform them that we will go to the palace with a reinforcement. Told them to hold for a little longer, we will move slowly to the palace."

"Yes, My Lord"

Gabriel then sees the void mage disappear from his previous place. He then began to give a command to his troops.

"MEN, THE BARRIER HAS BEEN BREACHED. WE NEED TO RETREAT AND REGROUP WITH THE ARCHER, MAGE, AND HEALER IN THE PALACE. 50 KNIGHT, 25 SPEARMAN AND 25 SWORDSMAN WILL GO TO THE PALACE FIRST WHILE THE REST OF YOU AND ME WILL HOLD THE UNDEAD AND RETREATING SLOWLY. GO!!!"

Gabriel then sees 50 knights that not holding the ground began to run toward the palace, followed by the Spearman and the Swordsman that also goes to the palace. Gabriel then focuses his attention toward the Undead Horde in front of them before he touches the ground creates a massive hole that buries all the undead inside the hole.

"ALRIGHT MEN, LETS RETREAT AND REGROUP WITH THE OTHER"

Gabriel and his troops then began to retreat but without breaking their formation and slowly they go to the Palace. While on the way, Gabriel and his troop encounter a few annoying Undead like Undead Three-Headed Dog, Undead Orc General, and Undead Wolf King.

Gabriel and his troops able to deal with the Undead, but even though they able to kill it in the end, They need at least 15 minutes to kill each of them. So they arrive at the Palace 60 minutes later because of the Mini-Boss and the mob that followed the mini-boss.

After arriving at the palace, Gabriel can see Max currently standing in front of an Undead Dragon that has a lich on top of its head. He also understands that Max is already on his last leg while also protecting Isaac, his Son, and beside Isaac is little Elizabeth, who is crying on her brother's beaten body.

Gabriel quickly uses his scan ability and see that Isaac is not yet dead so he can heal him. After knowing that Isaac is still alive, Gabriel began to drink five more mana potions before he began to activated Caladbolg Ability once again.

Gabriel throws his sword toward the lich on top of the dragon, but before the sword was able to touch the lich, The Undead Dragon protects the lich with its wings.

After the explosion finished, Gabriel able to see that the Dragon at least get damaged, but it didn't have much damage than Gabriel hoped. Seeing the dragon didn't get much damage from his attack Gabriel then place himself between Max's family and the Dragon.

"Lord Arc..."

"That is Gabriel to you, my friend."
