False Trial

After i left Myer with a clearly remark, i then walk myself to the court hall. countless royal, nobles even important people already fill the court hall. the way they looked at me reminded me of when I was on trial for the murder of a minister in my past life. I could see some familiar faces who contributed on bullied Amelia standing with full of might. Getting ready to see how she will be humiliated even more in front of lot of people even people from outside empire. If the real Amelia standing here in the middle full of eyes that looking down and mocking her with disgusting glare. Her mental state will destroy. As someone with a high pride, she won't be able to face the result. That was happened often with her condition that not a single one aware except for Emma. Like Vicent told me, the only person that Amelia could hold onto is Cessare. That was why she tried an extreme way to catch his eyes by killing her own self. But, she might never expected how much Cessare ignored her existences. Like how he standing right there without bating his eyes.

The reason behind Myer came to me before the trial might be because he worried that Amelia will tainted Mahalingga. Since lot of delegation even representative from another kingdom attend this trial. It seems the Emperor using this chance to trample the holy kingdom.

All of the royal and nobles bowing their head when the emperor enter the court hall. i following them, i could feel a cold gaze from him, but ignore it. "You may sit.." All of them then sit, while i'm standing in the middle of the court.

"Today, unexpected day that i'm myself never aware, i always believe that the person who will become the future empress of my Empire will be such a great woman. But when i received the statement about her wrong doing, i'm so disappointed"

"Princess Amelia, this trial is open to proof your mistake"

"Is there any word that you want to say before we start it?" I shook my head.

The trial start with Princess Freya's statement that mention i attacked her during her tea party with the other lady. One by one Freya's friend even Vicent her escort knight give their testimony during the incident. Not only accused me for attacking the imperial's family, they also accused me for abusing my authority as Crown Prince's Fiancée, and also the other accusations. They even using Emma's condition was because i bullied her. Emma explain that it's not because of me, but she unable to explain where all of the scars on her body coming from. Not a single person on my side. No witnesses on my side. Cessare only sitting still.

"So, Princess Amelia, was that all statement from every victim and witness is true?"

"Will my answer changed the fact, your majesty?" The emperor seems displease. He though that i will kneeling and begging denied all of that. "It's been 2 years since we've been engaged" Cessare gritted his teeth. People start to talk to each other as if because of that i 've turn into an evil woman.

"It's not like i want to keep postpone our married, princess. I'm an observant person. Seeing what happened today, i'm glad that i postpone it. Don't you think?" Cessare using this trial as well to put all the blame on Amelia's shoulder. He must on his idealism about taught a lesson to Amelia.

"I understand, your highness. I'm not blaming you. That is why, together with this trial, let's end our relationship" Cessare rise his eyebrow

"This and that is different, princess"

"As you wish then, your relationship with my son will end today.."

"Father, that--" although he still hesitant but he end up agree with his father.

"As how I'm standing as a criminal on all of your eyes in this court, i have the right to judge people who commit a crime toward me as well"

"Well then, should I begin my first entrance as the real holy princess in this false trial?"
