He and two of his men, who had escaped from their supposed arrest, had been waiting by the cemetery for days, hoping to find Tyler.
Following the visit of Gabriel Davies to his home, he lost access to all of Tyler's bank accounts and it only took two days for the police to come knocking on his door with a warrant to search his property. The authorities found sufficient pieces of evidence to charge him with child abuse.
Fortunately for him, he was tipped of his upcoming arrest while he was in his office. Mister Web managed to flee within minutes before his capture. The men he had at home were all imprisoned, while two of his followers who were with him that day found refuge in an old home outside the city.
