The Phoenix in MHA

A guy who gets to reincarnate in MHA with Phoenix as his quirk. I just wrote this for my own pleasure so if there is any plot holes or something that ticks you off then leave a comment. Also I tried my best with correcting English so don't mind if it's bad.

[ Ao's POV ] [ In School ]

'I also need to discuss All Might's injuries with him. Some people are attempting to assassinate him. Things might not have gone as well if it hadn't been for my quirk, which counters Nomu's and basically fights with its instinct. All Might needs to be fixed.', I thought to myself while walking towards my seat with Shoto.

Iida-kun yelled for everyone to sit down after I sat near the lovely Momo-chan.

After that, Aisawa sensei walked in and remarked, "It's too early to calm down. Your fight isn't over yet."

"More villains?" shouted someone.

'He's being dramatic once more. They're not going to let us fight villains under any circumstances. Even I am not permitted to operate without a license.'

"The UA sports festival is approaching," says Aizawa.

"There we go. Huh? Festival? After all that?" I muttered.

Tomboy inquired about my query.

"Showing that we have a proper crisis management system in place that allows pupils to be safe appears to be their aim," Aisawa sensei responded.

He continued, "Security has also been enhanced fivefold over the previous year, so everything should be great."

'It'll be alright against those guys, and the leader and that warp guy were gravely damaged by me, so it'll be alright. After all, it's only that Nomu guy that caused me problems.'

Sensei then goes on to explain its significance, but for me and Shoto, the major visit is to Dad's agency.

Mirko, the Rabbit Hero, was said to have never taken anyone in before because she disliked having a partner. It's a shame, because I've always wanted to fight her one-on-one.

Ao-san, don't think of ecchi.

--

We went out to eat after class.

Urarara-chan was questioned why she wanted to become a hero by Green-boy.

'For money,' was her response. How cute.

'Yes, this is my opportunity. 'I can marry her and she'll be rich,' but she's not cheap. She wishes to support her parents financially. She's adorable.

I patted her on the back and put my hands on her head. "I know you can do it, so good luck," I said with a big smile. She reddened just a tad. It's adorable.

All Might called out to Green-boy from around the corner.

'At this point, I'm free to speak with him.' I thought.

"All Might, do you mind if I speak with you for a moment?" I inquired. He wore a nervous expression. "It's a really critical matter." I make a gesture toward my left stomach. He appears to have caught up and said, "OK."

I asked Shoto and all to go without me and followed All Might to the teacher's lounge.

All Might asked, "What did you want to talk about Young Ao-kun?"

"Oh, nothing much," I said, "..just about that injury you have."

All Might was glaring at me with his guards up as Green-boy began to panic.

Did he think that I was planning to blackmail him? Well, I wasn't...anymore.

Oh, come on, I could obtain at least a thousand autographs from him and resell them on eBay for a profit.

"I have the ability to 'see' more than the average individual. That's how I found out. Also, Green-boy is your successor, and he inherited your talent." I made a gesture towards the green-haired lad.

Green-boy was flustered this time, and only half a word came out of his mouth. "Ho- Whe- Whe-"

"When you told Ash-hair-kun about it, he asked how, because I can'see' the power source. They're also curiously similar. Not simply in terms of how you channel, but also in terms of the core itself." I explained myself.

Green-boy was depressed because he had told Ash-kun about his abilities and then told me about them.

"It's impossible to avoid it." Signing, All Might asked me. "However, have you informed anyone about it?"

"Nope. I never said it to anyone, and Green-boy didn't even mention your name."

All Might exhaled a sigh of relief and began to describe his wounds.

Fighting a foe who could do this to him had to be powerful.

"I believe I have a remedy for you. Though I'm not entirely certain." I stated.

With huge eyes, All Might and Green-boy stared at me. "W-what? I've heard that you have a quirk that permits you to heal others, but only to a certain extent."

"Yes, but that was before, with enough experience, I can now heal faster than usual and conduct more precise procedures. But I'm not very good at it, and it can be painful for you. Plus, given the severity of your accident, it will take months for you to fully recover." In a few breaths, I explained.

"Even with surgery—" All Might was suspicious.

"My work isn't surgery; it's developing flesh and bone from the ground up without causing harm to the patient. It will take a lot of concentration and accuracy on my part, but it is possible. After all, I've previously practiced this on birds and other small animals." I explained myself.

"I'm not sure if it's possible, but I believe in you, Young Ao-kun. I can't sit here and watch Midoriya grow while I become ineffective." At this point, Green-boy was practically in tears.

"Well, we only have two weeks until UA sports, so let me heal you as much as I can." We will also require the presence of doctors to properly guide me. I may be able to heal normal wounds, but this level of healing is too much even for me." I said as I walked towards the door.

"Thank you very much, Young Ao-kun. This means a great deal to me." All Might said it all with a smile.

"How can I keep quiet when I know I can make a difference? And I don't want you to suddenly retire and hand over that position to my dad. He'll be even more irritating than he is now." With a smile, I stated.

While I'm at it, "Green-boy, accelerators and gears are the solution to your quirk. It is up to you now to figure out what it means." For a brief moment, he cocked his head and pondered.

"Young Ao-kun. Perhaps you should pay attention to what I'm about to say to Young Midoriya-kun as well." I nodded as I looked at his solemn expression.

After that, he went poof and emerged as a skinny man, but before I could ask any questions, he began explaining about a man named All For One and the origin of his own quirk.

--

To be honest, I didn't expect there to be such a Super Villain. I was grinning from ear to ear, knowing that someone possibly more powerful than All Might was nearby. In the United States, I heard a similar level of threat from grandma, but not in Japan.

--

After that talk, I went to see All Might every day for the next two weeks. I simply stated that All Might was training me, so no one objected or found my new routine strange.

But, in any case, I was gradually curing All Might every day.

The foreign substance in his body was something like cancer stuck on his core rather than physical body. It was slowly eating his powers from inside. It grew larger every time All Might used his powers and now his full percent should be at 80 or even less.

The operation took some time, but with the help of experienced doctors, Recovery Girl, and All Might's determination to fight the 'cancer,' we were able to remove and recover by 90% in just two weeks.

I think I was more surprised than anyone else. In the meantime, dad found out about our little operation, but he didn't seem to mind and even told me to be quick about it. Like, chill out, dude. I'm assisting him through quirk rather than magic.

The remaining 10% was simply incurable because it was linked to his quirk. I could remove it, but that would make him quirkless, so we devised another method, which seriously only works in theory.

We take away his quirk, and he receives it back from Green-boy in the same manner in which he gave it away.

I mean, it's a valid point, but we're not sure if it'll work. The only good news is that it will have no effect on him other than making his quirk only available for 8 hours a day. But pushing himself will cause side-effects which I don't know of yet.

He described it as a fair trade, and he is content with it rather than risking losing it forever. Well, what he wants is what I'll give him, so it's fine with me. However, I believe he is concealing something from us.

Why? You ask. Because his quirk is still weakening at a much slower rate, it is almost unnoticeable. Perhaps it's because he gave it to Green-boy?

Feels good to do something good. I wonder how much Karma I earned.
