In a world on the path to destruction, a nameless orphan seeks his own future in a brutal world of magic and myth. After he is sought out to be adopted by a cursed Witch and reincarnated Kitsune, he is soon chosen to wield a Relic; magic weaponry of unbelievable power who chose their masters. Touji Himura must learn how to use this newfound strength and bear the burdens of what it means to become a hero. In this story everyone has their own past that shapes their present and future, from sole surviving Oni to an immortal mage that forgets all who die except those who perish by her hands. Authers Note: Early chapters from chapter 2 up to Interlude: Fatebreaker, are under rewrite for quality and length. Prologue and Chapter 1 rewrites are complete. Further Updated and refined versions of each chapter are those which include italics. These refinements are based on what I’ve learned over the past year. The Vampire's Sin

"I've lost everything, family, friends, there's nothing left in this world for me, and I deserve this. This was my sin". Confining himself to his room everyday, chatting away on 'Distort', he had become a sad, fat, lonely shell of his former self. It was their fault, it was the fault of his high school bullies, or so he would tell himself everyday. All of his problems were their fault. The fact he had shut himself in his room, the fact he had treated his parents horribly, the fact he had become a loser, it was all their fault. Or was it? Wasn't he the one who gave up on himself first? One night, deciding to walk to a convenience store after an argument online, he saw a group of high schoolers on a crosswalk bickering. Noticing a car heading towards them at lightning speed, he tries to warn them to no avail, and so he springs into action pushing them out of the way as a means to appease his shitty life. Even if he were to die, at least he would have done something good for once in the last 11 years. He ends up dying gruesomely in the process. In his final moments he thought that was it, that all his misfortune had finally gotten to him, that he was finally sent to hell for his past sins and mistakes. The Woman Who Had an Inverted Nose, but Sexy!

There was once a woman who was almost perfect. There were only 2 problems: she comes from a poor family and she has an inverted nose. Her entire existence can handle challenges because she has knowledge about these certain situations back then. With what had happened, this young lady is fighting until she accomplishes her mission in this planet, and that is to share the goodness of the Lord. She wants to say to everyone that the heart is more important than the mind. Lift up your spirit and know your worth. You, yourself, can only help you in times of darkness. Keep in mind, there is Hope. Rainbow and sunshine will rise up when there is a storm.
