" Right. " Hardin responded. Is that a promise? Oh hell yes!!!
We were four new trainees inside the studio, and inside the same studio is GY, and all the SHAKE members and also the producers of course.

I better stop calling him GY and address him as my boss because the moment I sign those contracts then it's over.
GY is the short form of his name Garrett Yan
So Mr Yan it is.
"Give the contracts to them." He said to a lady beside him. "Inside that contract is the do's and don'ts of this company. Go through them and sign your full name on it."
I took the document from the woman and started going through it.
"We have to get back to practice." I heard Hardin say and Mr Yan nodded.
"Just like people used to say Hardin is really cold in real life and a badass on stage he was so blunt and real at the same time with his words but I appreciate it anyway it's so good to be criticized by someone who has the experience..... so much experience especially when the person is Hardin, a very respectable singer, a respectable artist, producer name it. I am truly lucky." The girl who had been criticised at first said.
There were four of us. I can't believe it.
"Yes he meant well for us and that was why he said something he could have just ignored us if he wanted to anyway. I am Emmabelle but you can call me Emma." I said with a smile on my face.
"I am Sandra." The girl responded to me.
"Wow I was very happy when I got the news that I was among the people chosen to become a trainee under GY Entertainment, it was a dream come true and I'm so happy to be here today I am Jennifer and I'm truly happy to meet you all." The second girl introduced herself.
"Hey guys, I'm Nana, hope we can get along well."
I don't know, I just feel like I'm going to make a really good bond with these girls.
"Why don't we just go through the contract and sign it then familiarise ourselves with the building." I said and they hummed.
As I went through the contract I couldn't help but frown.
There were a lot of dos and don'ts in the contract.
It is an exclusive contract which means I won't sign another contract with any other company until my contract with GY entertainment expires and then there is a place where they mention dating. I won't date for at least the first six years.
what the f*** Does that mean?
I will be at the company with the girls and practice. We will have to be following the GX1 girls group to concerts to experience and familiarise ourselves with how things work.
It was as if my whole life was about to get dictated to me even though I disagree so much with a lot of things that I read in the contract I still couldn't bring myself not to sign it.
it is what it is and there's going to be a time when I will have full control over my life again but for the meantime I have to grab the opportunity that comes my way and do what I gotta do.

There were two copies of the contract after signing the both of them left in search of GY.
And on my way I'm running to Scott of SHAKES what the hell I couldn't believe it.
I wanted to start freaking out but then I remembered that we are about to be in the same group no, let me say.... let me use the same company and technically he is now my elder. He is now my Senior and I have to respect him, my words need to be calculated.
I bowed my head and smiled at him "Senior, hi." I greeted.
He stopped for a moment and glanced at me. I thought that he was about to leave but then he smiled. "I saw you at the concert. I even held your hand. I was surprised when I saw you inside the studio today. Wow, I can't believe you are a Royal and then you are a trainee under our company, isn't that great? and by the way you have a great voice."
Should I cry or jump, faint or start laughing? any reaction of mine will make it seems as if I am going crazy, yes I am going crazy because the vocal King just complimented my voice and he also remembered me from the concert what the f*** do you want me to do if I don't faint?
Royals is the name of the SHAKES fandom and I'm so happy that he remembered my face.
"I'm so happy, thank you for the compliment. I can't believe that I am here today. It was a dream come true. I can't believe that I'm seeing you and talking to you like this." I said and he chuckled.
"What is your name?"
"Emmabelle, you can call me Emma or Belle whichever one you want to call me. I will gladly answer." I replied and he laughed softly.
"Emma, it's so nice to talk to you but I have to go now, see you around some other time." He said before walking away.
Phew! That was super dope.
"Was that..... is that Scott? I can't believe you're talking to him. What does he sound like? What did he say to you? How does he smell?" Nana questioned as she and the girls walked towards me.
What's with the questions anyway.
"oh I met him at the concert the other day and he held my hand so he just said that he remembered me and also asked me for my name." I explained.
From the look on her face I could tell that Scott was her bias among the SHAKES members, she looked like she wanted to die of excitement. trust me babe I know how that feels.

"Your dorm has been furnished and you just have to take your things there and it's also closer to the building so you don't have to stress yourself so much."
GY told us that the dorm apartment which Jennifer, Sandra, Nana and I will be using has been furnished and we just have to move in.
"Being a trainee in GY Entertainment doesn't mean that it is over, it doesn't mean that you are all in, it just means that you have been chosen and only the hard-working ones get to debut, among the four of you it might only be one of you that makes it.
The other three might not make it so in order to make it you have to be hard-working. You just don't sit around waiting for someone to put food in your mouth, work for it if you don't work for it it will get taken from you.
Now is the time for you to buckle up and show me what you've got, show me that you have what it takes to be on stage that you have what it takes to be a superstar, this is the only opportunity that you have to prove yourself worthy of being a GY Entertainment artist, to be a junior of SHAKES people will expect a lot from you guys they will expect the same artistry expertise that shakes portrays. they will expect you guys to be as good or even better than GX1.
They will want you guys to be superstars since you have superstar seniors. If you don't work hard you will get criticized even before debuting, people will criticize and hate you guys and trust me you don't want that to happen to you so it is time to show the world that you can do it." GY said.
"Yes Sir." We all said at the same time.
"To be successful you have to be unique and also to learn from the greatest try to watch and learn from your seniors. Will go a long way to help you guys. I hope that we have an amazing time as one big family."
Those words scared me.
It scared me so much because he was right, being in the same company as SHAKES and GX1 people will expect us to be as legendary as them. They will want us to have the same impact they have and that is not easy, is not going to be easy for us.
We're going to have a hard time because of that. SHAKES has been in the industry for almost two decades. They have been artists for more than two decades and we are just starting. They can't expect us to be at that level at this point.
"Wow, this place is better than I thought." Jennifer said and walked towards the bulk. She climbed on it and raised her legs.
"The place is good." I responded.
I dropped my big backpack containing my things and dropped it on the ground.
"Okay, let's choose. Sandra, you're the oldest, choose which bulk you like. I have to pack my stuff." I announced.
"I'll take the top bulk." Sandra responded.
"Anyone is fine with me." Said, Jennifer.
"Okay, I will have the second floor bulk."
"Welcome to the family you guys!" Nana yelled and we all started laughing.
I could feel that we are going to build a very good relationship between us.

SHAKES MANSION 🏯
"Wait a damn minute, you're trying to tell me that GY wanted Hardin to train the trainees while we are going to have our world tour soon? Is he high on something?" Marcel questioned furiously that he has been holding it in since morning and I just had to let it lose.
"He didn't agree so I don't understand why you are trying to make an issue out of it." Danny said and rolled his eyes.
Marcel bit his lip, ignoring Danny as he walked past him.
He wanted to go and knock on Hardin's door but that would piss Hardin off so he restricted himself from doing so.
He didn't want to be the reason why Hardin would move out.
They should have started living separately a decade ago but they were so close that they couldn't bear to separate from each other and since Hardin has been bringing up the possibility of him moving out Marcel is being careful from doing something to trigger Hardin.
"Tomorrow I'm going to throw a party to celebrate our Grammy win and yes I'm going to invite Marcel you and Hardin of course, don't say I didn't invite you because it's going to be a lot of fun."

Scott looked lost. He was in deep thought.
He just can't help but feel like something was going wrong somewhere.
Something felt terribly wrong to him.
He worries about all his members.
"I'm going to make dinner for all of us if you want to help then you can follow me to the kitchen." Scott said as he stood up from the couch.
"Thank you bro but I will excuse myself and go to my room. I have something urgent calling for me." Danny said and slipped away from the living room.
Scott smiled and shook his head.
That crook, he doesn't want to cook but be the one to eat the most after the food is done.
He walked inside the kitchen, went to the cabinet and grabbed the apron tied around his waist and went to the washing basin to wash his hands and then get ready for cooking.
Ladies and gentlemen Scott is about to make the best grilled meat and spaghetti you'd ever eat.
