Prologue

//As, I stared at the sky at night the cloud covered the moon creating total darkness on the land. The

night was longer than usual. The gust of the wind blew through the land sending shivers all over my

body. The thick red blood covered my whole outfit. As I was standing at the plain field I heard a voice in

despair "I beg of you p-please spare me I never meant harm to you". The voice then soon disappeared

as I had sliced the head of the guy who spoke. Then at that time, the moon was to be seen and I realized

I was in a plain field with body skewered and sliced laying in the ground in eerie silence and I had the

sword which I used to kill them. I didn't understand what was wrong with me, a voice I had never heard

always echoed in my mind, a voice of anger, despair, and the voice of betrayed "Vengeance, kill them,

betrayed by my own". I walked over the bodies as if they were a stepstone, I kicked them as the

emotion I never knew took over my mind. The emotion I never felt once. (Anger)

I remembered the past as I walked by the river shore. It was 5 years ago; I came from the countryside to

become a soldier of the capital. I was known as "the kid of the unknown" in my village, I never knew

who was my mother or my father even if I asked the villagers, they said I was found stray at the road of

the village. Slowly I stopped caring about my parents and started to train for becoming a soldier. I met

new people at the selections some had been trying for years to get selected and some were the briber. I

scored top at the selection then I was selected to be the personal bodyguard of his Majesty's daughter

"The princess Marissa". The princess was a stubborn one she caused real troubles to her former

bodyguards. The days passed and soon so did the year, Princess grew more frank with me until one day

she proposed me to be her prince. For I have never known what was love and emotions, I never

considered it and had rejected the proposal. My fellow soldiers hated my guts I knew it but I never knew

how to react towards as it.

Time slowly passed by and the ruler of the kingdom changed the Princess was then the Queen of the

kingdom but the ministers never agreed to Marissa's presence on the throne of Queen. The minister

plotted the assassination of Marissa along with me. Soon the 2 kingdoms clashed with each other, the

sound of war covered the whole sky in both kingdoms. Marissa was in a pinch where she wasn't able to

create good forces to send at the war. As war kept going on throughout the kingdoms the Queen was no

longer safe to stay at the Capital. Her majesty and I fled with ministers and some soldiers to the

countryside.

In the middle of the journey we were ambushed by the enemies, but who knew it wasn't kingdoms

against kingdom it was Marissa and me against both kingdoms. In the middle of a fierce battle, we were

told to run away. Marissa and I stayed in the middle of the forest for 2 weeks until the enemies found

out where we were. We kept running away straight for 4 months. We were taking shelter at a cave at

the foot of the mountain when we came to know that the Ministers had joined forces with the kingdom

of Tortion. Again, in the middle of running away, we were surrounded by the soldiers of our kingdom

and the kingdom of the Tortion. At first, I thought it was some kind of joke when I saw my forces allied

together with the armies of Tortion. When I saw them together ganging up against her majesty and me,

simple words were repeating in my mind "BETRAYED! BETRAYED! BETRAYED! BETRAYED!..... I was

betrayed by my own, I wanted to fight alongside them against the Tortion forces, I wanted to protect

them my brothers, my comrades, NO! NO! this isn't happening, this can't be real !!NOO!!", but then all

of a sudden a voice unknown to me echoed through my mind "PEOPLE Be@*$ys each other, BETR@!

should be dealt with Reeev...". - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "AHhHHHHHHHHHH" The next thing I knew

after I heard the voice of unknown was that...…I was in a plain field with body skewered and sliced

laying in the ground in eerie silence and I had the sword which I used to kill them.//
