I pulled into the driveway and turned to look at Selena, who was smiling.

/"Why are you grinning?/" I asked her.

/"Because you didn’t have to tie me up,/" she giggled.

I rolled my eyes. /"That would be the rest of my crazy family. I prefer less brutal ways of someone going with me./"

She laughed even more.

We got out of the car and walked inside the house to have a furious Ma meet us.

/"What in the world were you thinking?/" She asked Selena in an angry tone. I stepped away until she pointed at me. /"Don’t even think about it! You’re in deep shit too!/" I stepped back. Then, she unleashed her anger on us as we stood there, figuring out if some things she mentioned were legal.

/"Dang, ma has some colorful language,/" Pat mentioned as ma let loose.

/"I don’t even think some of those things are legal,/" Pax added.
