Meeting (2)

As they knew each other before then, it didn't take long for all of them to be comfortable and talk about anything while waiting for Spade. The three of them seemed to have the same understanding not to bring any heavy topics to ease the atmosphere, and they knew a much heavier discussion was waiting for them.

"Since when did you arrive in the capital?" asked Arren. The underlying meaning was that they had successfully evaded the eyes of the two camps?

Even Spade, Arren didn't tell him that he met Mr.Ivo, so perhaps it was still safe. However, the same couldn't be said for the organization's side, which still had spies and forces hiding in the capital, further intensifying the brewing storm that was about to erupt who knew when.

One thing was for sure: it wouldn't be long.

"We came here first," Rave answered, as usual, not adding any details other than that. But Arren could understand it, as they only arrived this day and visited him first.
