Chapter Fourty-One:

****FREYA'S POINT OF VIEW****

I hit the mat with a hard THUD and the air being forced from my lungs. I gasp a lung full of air and squeeze my eyes shut tighter focusing on my breathing. Damien's laughter fills the air and makes Shade growl.

Damien had agreed to train with me. But I couldn't use any of my Dragon Traits to fight. I can hold my own but damn it this guy was three test size and THE BETA!! Not to mention he was faster than any lycan I've ever read about before. I open my eyes and Damien is peering down at me amusement written across his features.

"How are you so fast?" Damien grins proudly.

"The Goddess saw fit to give me a gift. Mt gift is speed." Shade snort.

'A smug dog this one is.' I press my mouth into a line thin to keep from laughing at Shade's obviously sassy remark because he had put us on our back side.

"Do I even want to know what she said to you?" I shake my head and pull myself to my feet and stretch. Damien chuckles again.

"You've went to long without training and that is your own fault." I scrunch my nose and stuck my tongue outnat him.

"When I said you should train I didn't mean with the beta." I peer around Damien and see Raph leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed and a deep frown. Icarch an eyebrow at him. I could feel something warm run from my nose. I lift my hand to my nose to touch it when Damien let's out a small curse and bends down grabbing a towel. As I look down at my hand there was blood there.

What the hell? I didn't get nose bleeds...The room swayed and black dots danced across my vision. A sharp pain explodes behind my eyes causing me to grab my head and apply pressure to it. I could feel myself falling.

****RAPH'S POINT OF VIEW.***

Damien catches Freya around the waist. Her eyes were closed but her breathing was labored.

"I'm taking her to the pack doctor." I nod and step out of the way but follow closely behind him. He was almost in a full on sprint as we entered the hospital.

"Doc! It's The Luna!" The old man rounds the corner with Silias in tow. Silias looks at Freya and pales alittle. Her nose wasn't bleeding anymore but the blood was still there.

"Her heart is racing! What happened?" Damien lays Freya down on the bed.

"Nothing we were sparing and she seemed fine. She was talking g fine and the next thing I know her nose is bleeding and she's passing out."

I figured Damien had already Mind linked Astor. Doc checks Freya over carefully before Silias approaches the bed.

He rests his hand on Freya's forehead and closes his eyes and begins muttering under his breath. I take a step toward him. What the hell was he doing?!

"Is she okay?!" I turn to Astor's panicked voice and Silias let's out a long sigh.

"Her body is worn out and so is her mind. But it wouldn't have caused a nose bleed and I can't reach her mind which means she's been summoned." Astor growls.

"Summoned? Summoned where?!" Silias glances at me and then back to Astor.

"To The Goddess. Don't worry she will be returned. For now her body will remain asleep."

****FREYA'S POINT OF VIEW****

***The Goddess Realm***

I groan and open my eyes. I could feel my eyebrows draw together as confusion sets in. My heart accelerates in my chest as I look around. The Night Sky was above me but somehow it was also below me. The silence here was almost deafening. But the stars shined all around me creating a soft glow. A stunning Crescent moon even hung in the sky.

Where the hell am I? How did I get here?

"Be still my child you are alright. I have summoned you here." The voice was soft and sounded like it was coming from everywhere. A calmness settled over me.

"But where is here?" Soft laughter fills the air.

"You are in The Goddess Realm dear one." The air left my lungs and my stomache dropped. THE GODDESS REALM?! This Can't Be HAPPENING!!!

I inhale a rigid breath and do a full circle looking around. Was this why I got a nose bleed? I concentrate as hard as I can. But I couldn't hear Shade either!

"Freya. It is alright. You are safe. I've seen your struggles. Your beautiful soul being torn again and again. You deserve so much happiness. I am so sorry that you have gone through what you have." I felt the corner of my mouth turn up into a smile.

"I am doing the best that I can Goddess. I am grateful for everything that I do have. Because I do have so much. I thank you Goddess for honoring me by bringing me here but there is nothing that I need or want."

I meant every word that I said. I did lose my child and my ability to have more. But I did have Luca and he loved me. I was okay with that.

I had a Mother figure in Lily. She knew my Mother and was friends with her. It was all I could ask for.

Whether I wanted to admit it or not. I had lost Selene but I had Raph now and if I had to admit it He was my best friend. He was full of his self. But he reminded me of Selene in that way.

Then I had Astor. He was everything I could have asked for and more. He was gentle and patient. He was stubborn and headstrong. But he was literally made for me.

A breeze swirls around me. It was warm and comforting.

"I am making you whole once more. This is my gift to you dear one."

The air swirls tighter around me but it wasn't hard to breath. Infact it felt like I was breathing better the closer it got to me.
