The Despised Granddaughter

Help me write more Chapter 1: The Funeral

I sat in front of my father's funeral, tears streaming down my face. How can this happen. My heart was heavy as I listened to the whispers of the mourners around me. Blaming me for my father's death, accusing me of being the one who killed him.

I was only a child when I lost the ability to sword fight, and my father had always been there for me, encouraging me to find other ways to serve our family. But now, he was gone, and I felt lost and alone.

I am a small villain in this novel, the sloppy, annoying and useless person. The girl that caused the main character and a good father pain.

The other mourners looked at me with disgust, seeing me as useless and incompetent.

I heard someone whisper,

'Is that Shim Ee-gang's daughter?'

' That piece of trash.'

I couldn't even sob anymore tears just kept rolling down my eyes.

' how could she act like this, when he was alive she ignored him.'

'Poor Ee-gang, he must have suffered a lot.'

Hearing that I dropped the cup that was in my hand.

"What bad luck'

' a shame'

'this is why she will never be good at martial arts'

I ran into the forest, tears streaming down my face. I didn't know where to go or what to do. All I knew was that I had to find out who had killed my father. But as I ran, I felt a sharp pain in my back. I stumbled and fell to the ground, and as I looked up, I saw a figure cloaked in darkness.

'I thought that killing Ee-gang's daughter would be harder,'the figure said.

'How disappointing.'

"If I could go back in time, I would do better," I whispered to myself, as the light engulfed me once more.

And then everything went black.

how sad a small villain, that was killed that quickly.

And then, I heard a voice calling my name.

"Yeon, Yeon, are you okay sweetie?"

I opened my eyes, as I laying in my bedroom.

and I saw my father, alive and well, sitting in front of me.

I get to see father one more time before I die.

' Dad' I said in a small voice

'I love you'

For the first time I said what I wanted to say to my dad. Now I can die happy.

Then my dad hug me, I feel his warm body on me, as his tears fall down.

I couldn't believe it. Had I really gone back in time? Was this my chance to make things right, to save my father, and to redeem myself in the eyes of my family? I didn't know what lay ahead, but I knew that I had to try. For my father, for myself, and for my family. This most

certainly was a second chance, and I wasn't going to waste it.

'As I looked at my father's face, I realized that he was confused. He had no idea how I had gotten there or why I was crying. "What's wrong, Yeon?" he asked, his brow furrowed with concern.

I took a deep breath, trying to steady myself. This was my chance to make things right, to prevent my father's death.

"Dad," I said, my voice shaking.

"I'll protect you ."

My father looked at me with surprise, then concern. "Yeon are you okay?" he asked.

'I want to do better dad' My father's eyes widened with shock.

"Your prefect the way you are Yeon" he asked.

This time I will protect my dad and not be the villain anymore.
