7 7. An abrupt change

Rira walked leisurely through the hallway. Every action of her had kind of charm and attraction. From walking, smiling, looking around, greeting, and eating lollipop exude a lazy charm on it. The leather bag hanging low behind her back, reaching over the skirt, while the school jacket was left open in the front and she wore it lazily around her shoulder. Both of her hands was push inside the pocket.

She strode with a lazy pace, reaching the classroom. Coincidentally, the door was left opened. Thus, she slipped inside. However, her survival instinct warning her for the incoming danger from above. She avoids it to the left side.

Splash!

" F*ck! What the hell?!"

" She's evade it!"

" I lost the bet! Dammit!"

Round of chorus curses rang through the classroom. Rira turned around and saw several students in the class groaning like madmen. She chuckled. Such a harmless prank was nothing for a former ace kingdom' warrior.

" I want half of the winning bet, mister Jiang." She said while glancing over the corner of the class that packed with male students.

" Whatever reason for?" The student named Jiang Li, snorted. His other friends laughed.

" Because you bet on me. I deserved half of it as compensation." Rira hate eating loses and never at losing ends. And her 'I want that money no matter what' expression aroused the students clamour and discussions.

" What the hell? Is she crazy?"

" Since when she cared about the betting money?"

" Wow, she dared to ask for it! Is she slapping Jiang Li' face by doing so?"

" What a fool! She dared asking for money from that scary Jiang Li?"

As for Jiang Li himself, he now at the central of the attention. His face turned cold while directing his murderous intent on the girl that standing at the podium. However, Rira still wore her lazy smile, not backing out of the staring contest. What was there to be afraid of a student' harmless threat? It was more like an angry mice facing a lazy lioness.

" You dare to take money from me?" He spat out, trying to scare her off. But, unfortunately, the former Rira no longer here. The present Rira they facing now was a doer, not a talker.

" You dare to bet on me, then you must prepare to lose some." Rira walked over to the back. Her lazy paces was so silence, like a ghost floating off the floor. In no time, she already standing in front of Jiang Li' table. His other friends subconsciously make a path for her to broke into their world.

Her hair was left hanging on each side of the shoulder. A simple hair pin was used to clips off her hair bang to the top. This new style of her was so fresh and it exude a strange lazy charm on it. What was more, the mole under her left eye together with that amorous smile compliment her overall bearing.

All of the student stares foolishly at her. Rira Alona, this new side of her was too damn cool!

Rira raise up her right hand, and made a gesture to him. " Pay up."

" You...! Good, very good!" Jiang Li smack the betting money out on the table, creating a loud bang by scaring the other student out. However, the girl didn't flinched. She chuckled, snatching the money away.

" Thank you for your patronage and have a nice day~" She waves the money and left to her seat that two lines away from them. The playful sentence of her almost makes Jiang Li cough up blood. This damned girl!

The other students still discussing over the sudden change of attitude of Rira Alona, the infamous easily bullied student of B-C High. In short, a pushover. If in the past, Rira will choose to stay quiet for every pranks they throw on her. She wouldn't talk or gets mad. That was why she becomes an easy target for the whole school.

However, today was different. It hard to puts it in word about her abrupt change in attitude and style. She never left her hair untied or always wore a neat uniform from head to toe. She also wore a big, thick glasses.

And, she never used any leather goods to the school. She hardly smile in normal days, except with her best friend, Mora Noir. And, she never extort money from other students!

Is this still Rira Alona that they knew in the past?!

What the heck?!
