CHAPTER 54: THE DEMON IS TAKING OVER

THE DEMON IS TAKING OVER

Late in the night...

Richmond was sleeping peacefully on the bed, gently snoring away in his placid dreamland.

Suddenly, his eyes opened. They were not his usual eyes, instead, they were as red as crimson. He groaned in pain, he could feel the force of the demon as it was trying to come out.

For years now, he had been trying his best to restrain it, lately, he could feel its anger, it wasn't pleased. He turned and tossed, trying to will back the demon to its cage in his mind but it was adamant, He let out a guttural sound as he thrashed hard to the ground. "Why is this not working," he muttered in frustration, his teeth, elongating and his fingers, they became extended.

He felt a burning on top of his head, and with great difficulty, he touched his head. He was shocked to see two little horns growing on both sides of his head, "This can't be," he mumbled in pain.
